We traveled to Vienna for short family holidays in September 2020. We chose this hotel because of its perfect location, very close to many places of interest such as the sights of Vienna, malls and shopping centers as well as countryside. Public transportation is very near and withing 30 minutes you can be in the center of Vienna or in the riverside of Danube. The hotel is very nice and its people have modified its features and services effectively so all guests from the check-in obtain the feeling of care and safety against Covid-19 issue with the minimum of inconvenience for everyone. The whole complex and its surroundings are very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, properly equipped with a nice view to the city of Vienna and the breakfast buffet had everything needed. Last but not least, it is our pleasure to praise the people of the hotel in all departments. We felt so welcomed that after our stay no one from the family wanted to leave. We stayed only two nights but with the help of the reception staff we got all the information about the area and alternative suggestions for places and activities in order to take the maximum of experience of Vienna in such a short time. Special thanks to our receptionists Paolo and Valentine for their information and guidance that saved us valuable time as well as for their professionalism in handling every single request we had. They absolutely deserve the badge of this company on their shirt. We found everything we expected, we are more than satisfied and we would strongly recommend this practical hotel for a really value-for-money and no-doubt safe holidays for families or couples!
