There was no tv remote in the room and as I had written other comments for charging guests for tv remotes or non-working TVs, I was very much concerned. The lady in the room at the check-out told me they know the issue as many remotes are missing from the rooms for one reason or another. She should have told me from the beginning to prevent me from worries

    Very close to the subway and shopping center.
