December 2019
Standard Room (double bed), 1 night
What was good
The location is great! Although in the center of Vienna, it's a nice and quite neighbourhood, doesn't feel dangerous at all! Conveniently next to tram, metro and bus stops! The first receptionist who welcomed us was absolutely helpful with our strict schedule and got as far to draw a plan with the itinerary we should follow.
What was bad
There was almost zero heating in the room, while outside the temperature was 0-1 degrees. The water in the shower was freezing cold so we just used all the blankets to sleep without showering after a full day's city roaming. The night-shift receptionist only managed to say that he was aware of the heating problem and there was nothing he can do, but he suggested we complained to his manager the next day(!). Also, the same receptionist never bothered to call our room for a wake up call, although the "first" receptionist mentioned above clearly left a note for him.
