The welcome was not friendly. 
Breakfast was very basic.
The promised space for our bicyles did not exist.
We had to park the bikes in the small hallway, a nuisance for all guests.
A lot of noise from outside : the road and railway.
A lot of noise from inside : tv and voices of other guests could be heard.
Our toilet seat was broken, this was not fixed during our 2 day stay
No wifi in our room, only in the hallway sitting on the stairs.

Not friendly and noisy

I stayed at this pension for one night last month whilst on a motoring holiday trip around parts of Austria. The pension is located on the edge of the town of Villach in a quiet road and I had no trouble locating it with the help of my car satnav. I was met by a friendly lady and was quickly shown to my room. It was a medium sized room, adequate for a single person and everthing about it was fine. It was clean and fresh and there was a small balcony which had a view. The en-suite bathroom was all in perfect order. Wi-fi access was available in the room and worked well. The single size bed was confortable.
From the balcony I could see a short distance away some brightly lit signs over a large building. After looking at a map on the internet I discovered it was the site of a large shopping mall. Not having anything better to do I decided to walk over and investigate. It only took about ten minutes to walk along some nice quiet streets to reach, what turned out to be, one of the biggest and best indoor shopping malls I have ever seen. I have, in my time, been to some pretty big malls of similar nature in the USA but I can honestly say that this one in Austria was better than any of them. There was a vast range of all types of shops, a huge Spar supermarket and also a very nice self-service restaurant where I had a nice meal. Everything about the mall looked so clean and new so I was surprised, when I asked a lady at the help and information desk, to find it had been in operation for ten years. With the pension being located on the outskirts of Villach this is probably the nearest place to find shops and eating places and like the pension itself I would recommend paying it a visit.
Back at the pension I had a nice beer in the downstairs bar which also had a small restaurant. This is where a nice, typical continental breakfast was served the next morning.
So all in all I had a good stay in Villach and would be happy to recommend this pension establishment.

A nice quiet location

Very good place for night stay during the trip to Italy (from Poland). Nice service, clean rooms. Breakfast basic, all is fresh and tasty. In front of pension there is a small restaurant with garden outside. Good value for money.

Nice and clean

Rooms are big! Clean and well designed. Service is great and very good breakfast! 
You will enjoy their. The place is about 10 minutes from the center, very quiet and worth the cost. Big shower, big toilet and cozzy bed.
