So I can't understand all the bad reviews at all! At the price, you shouldn't compare the hotel to a luxury hotel either. Additionally, you sleep in the hotel and it's not meant to be a vacation in the hotel! The rooms are equipped with 3 stars and have been renovated. Before the rooms were renovated, we were already in this hotel a few years ago! The lady who seems to throw the hotel completely alone (from cleaning/reception/dining, etc.) is super nice, extremely pleasant and very, very attentive. We had to change this because of a leaked window and this went without great problems and extremely fast!!! The breakfast as well as the evening is and absolutely sufficient. For everyone there is something to eat here and here too, and I'm going to come back to the whole big hotel again!!

Very friendly staff.We have many detailed tips for hiking.The rooms are very spacious and modern.The breakdowns at breakfast and dinner are larger.Family atmosphere.The hotel has been completely tastefully renovated and refurbished in recent years.A big thank you to the staff who all three always had a smile and a kind word for the guests.

The hotel itself is fine! Whoever values good food should look for something else, however! The food is fine and you get full, but nothing more. Since it is an inclusive hotel, the closing times are also very strictly observed, starting at 22:00, no more drops of beer flow from the tap. The beer itself is very delicious! Unfortunately, our room and the other condition were a bit unattended which, in my opinion, is an absolute no-go! But absolutely nothing is fine for the price! Especially for fun trips with the regular table or so you can almost do nothing wrong!

The price is unattainable, but the performance is of course appropriate.

Price-performance unbeatable, rooms very clean, food rich and taste very good, vegetarians are also well taken care of. It is not a luxury hotel, but I was thrilled that we got such a quality for 160 euros.

Short vacations, skiing

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and unfortunately could not find any other accommodation to describe it as a good price-for-performance ratio. So even in a youth hostel, we would have to leave immediately. For the price (133 euros per double room Ultra All Inclusive) we certainly did not expect luxury, but at least a clean hotel with reasonable meals. Dirty hotel with catastrophic food

We made a great bargain over one of the travel portals. So we always enjoyed the buffet. For three nights Ultra All Inclusive from 20.12-23.12 we paid only 77€ per person. The rooms are simple and small but the beds are comfortable and it's clean. Of course if you expect more luxury it may not be the right hotel but for our claims/price performance it suited it perfectly. So the buffet was simple, once a slice with potatoes, then fried fish.. but then we also paid something vegetarian like noodles or risotto for it. Also, the buffet was great - there was a good selection (unfortunately there were sterns of Balsamico-Essignoir) but unfortunately it was quite fair! Yes, the price of breakfast was always right! The breakfast was also at a good price. So, of course, we always had to go to a hotel and then we would have to eat everything with our own candy and wine. Super deal - and it was worth it

We're going to the Active Hotel for 3 nights, thanks to a bargain. The most important thing and what I want to highlight here is the kindness and constant efforts of the staff who were always there when needed. Also here, things I see potential for optimisation: - before the guests come in, make sure that the trash cans have been emptied and the bathroom supplies are full - when booking in the main house, the guests are also staying there. If this is not possible, a brief information to the guests is available at the buffet - make sure that all the food is available and not only on the kitchen sink for a few minutes. - There were no windows next to the family house, so unfortunately, there are only a few spaces available.

We found this hotel by chance with a last-minute reservation on a site of a well-known supermarket. We didn't have many expectations, but the enchanting scenery, the good, typical cuisine, made us change our minds.

Relax, please.

90€ a night hotel over the mountains 4 stars I didn 't expect a luxury suite with water massage, but a room that my grandmother would have furnished with more style, reception busy making bars and restaurants so we have to wait for her comforts, poor room and stucco, cherry on the cake room on the 3rd floor without elevator repeat NO elevator 4 stars?? If I came with a person with a disability?

A four-star shit.

We stopped at the Hotel Wildkogel after struggling to find anywhere open to eat arriving in Austria on a public holiday. The sign said open and there were people eating inside, unfortunately it was a soup and drink buffet available to guests only. However we spoke to a guest who found a member of staff who was happy to provide us with soup and coffee even though we were not staying at the hotel.
