The room was spacious and mostly clean, there was no dirt, but there were dead flies in the room, breakfast was okay but not very luxurious, really okay and cheap for one night.

For short trips, all right.

This B&B was sweeping views of the Danube. Barges and cruise boats travel past your windows. The host is helpful and serves a wonderful breakfast for 4€. Our room was huge with Windows on 3 sides and a bargain in October at 42€. Several restaurants nearby and Linz a half hour.
Tip ask for room 4. If a bit more definitely worth it.

Exceptional views of Danube.

The guesthouse was not located directly on the Danube, as suggested, and we also felt that the owner was not very friendly. It was simply too rough and too decisive. The room in the basement was cheap and quite ok, the outer bathroom was part of the heater and was quite overheated. The breakfast was served, but noticeably sparingly, which left a somewhat ambiguous feeling.

Stay overall OK

It's a little off the beaten path, though good signage helped me find it. The staff was helpful though perhaps not overly friendly. The room was quite large, and I loved the Dachterrasse with a gorgeous view of the Danube. Breakfast was simple though plentiful. Wifi didn't work well in the room, only down in the entryway.

Simple though pretty

Our three-bedroom was a dream with a sofa bed and a high ceiling overlooking the Danube. The shower was new and there was a separate toilet. In the morning we strengthened ourselves at the breakfast buffet and ddr owner has great leisure tips for the area. You can use a refrigerator anytime with snacks and drinks, which are then paid for when you leave. Parking is on site and due to the wonderful location you can explore the area very well from this boarding house.

A Giant Room with a Lovely Rooftop

I've stayed at the boarding house twice now because of a seminar at the Wesenufer. The rooms are simple furnished (TV and very good Wi-Fi), and clean. The breakfast is very rich - wool, cheese, fruit, marmalade, etc. There should be something for everyone. So if you're looking for something cheap between Linz and Passau or an alternative to the seminar hotel, you're well stocked here.

Simple private boarding house with very good location

This is a very simple and small bed and breakfast. There was a terrace with tables and chairs but it was not in use. We were there on a rainy Sunday in September and only one other room seemed occupied. It would be lovely in the summer. The rooms are well furnished and Wifi works well. There is a good restaurant in the village, about 5 minutes walk down and maybe 10 back uphill.

Quiet and correct

Maria, the owner, is the whole time controlling everything, as if it were your grandmother or mother until it becomes unbearable if we had stayed more than one night.

The lack of professionalism.

We slept one night in this boarding house as a stop along the Danube bike, we had a spacious room with a beautiful view of the river, good morning, beware that to get from the bike you have to climb a steep hill, good quality price.

Good solution for the Danube cycle

We slept one night on a bicycle trip along the Danube. Our room was large and clean and the toilets were separate from the beautiful bathroom. On the other hand, our room looked out onto a very noisy road: we had to choose between sleeping the open window and the noise. The booking site indicated the possibility of using the kitchen but the owner showed it to us when we insisted and did not seem to want to use it. Wesenufer is not very interesting for a bicycle stage along the Danube since you have to go to the other side to find the bike path.
