We stayed in the tower for years and were always very satisfied. The rooms are large, comfortable and well furnished. The Rosenberger family is friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is great, especially on the beautiful terrace. From the tower many hedgehogs farms are easily accessible on foot, and you can also hike here wonderfully. We are very happy to come back.

Feelings of well-being in the heart of the Wachau

The accommodation has 6 rooms, the rooms are large with a small bathroom, we were on the second floor with rooftops. The breakfast was excellent. The view from the terrace is great. The location is not suitable for restricted or frail guests. The parking space near the accommodation was not available due to construction work, this was notified to us only on arrival. So we had to park downstairs and always take the steep stairs up from the place. The quiet ambiance also has small disadvantages. The cabinet snapped and the bed snapped. In the room underneath it was very warm despite the ventilator. Esbo is usually a kitchen, a water cooker and a piece of a handheld coffee maker, which is available for eight days at a time, but we can also get a nice coffee with a modern coffee, a cup of coffee is available every day.

Comfortable accommodation for active holidaymakers

The room was nice but very dark, careful because of the tightness you have to be careful not to get any blue spots on the bed! Since there is no sound insulation, the rooms are very noisy. The breakfast would be excellent if you could enjoy it. In Corona times it is a no go that you sit tightly in a closed room. It was still very noisy. It's a shame that the house guests are served this at breakfast here.

Nice place to stay, but...

We were allowed to be guests here for three days, a great house, a great hostess, an incredible effort for the guest, a great breakfast with a lot of attention to detail, a terrace a hammer, it's easy to handle.

Best of Wachau

This guest house is divided over 2 properties. We were 3 adults, so we had booked an apartment, which was only a couple of minutes walk from the main guesthouse. It was very well presented & fitted out...perfect for a self catering stay. The only 'downsides' was the road to this apartment was very narrow (tuck side mirrors in!) & to get to the parking area you had to go through the narrow street & to the parking area beyond. There are no lifts, & the staircase is steep & not very wide..probably not suitable if not fit! That aside, the owners could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Initially, we were the only guests yet they put out an amazing spread for breakfast each morning. It is near the top of the hill, so the views from the breakfast room were lovely. Can highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay in a very pretty town

I spent almost two weeks in this beautiful, very tastefully furnished apartment of the historic guesthouse Tower Wachau overlooking the beautiful White Churches in Wachau. In perfect peace of mind I was able to prepare myself for my rigorousness to finish my doctorate, the technology (WLAN) always worked impeccably, the very friendly hosts were perfect hosts. The varied and rich breakfast buffet was always lovingly reported. Thank you for everything - perhaps my dissertation exam would not have gone so well without this wonderful high level of care with such sympathetic hosts in their beautiful White House guesthouse!

It's a legendary stay in the middle of the watchtower.

Everything is wonderful! Beautiful location, fantastic views, clean and cozy rooms, great breakfast and not least very friendly and warm-hearted hosts. A smooth recommendation! Located in the middle of the watchtower and thus ideal for excursions and tours. At night absolutely quiet and a restful sleep is guaranteed.

Lovely rooms, very good breakfast, a wonderful terrace with great views, unfortunately a somewhat impromptu departure, as we had to leave the room at 10 o'clock, surprisingly.

Stylish atmosphere above white churches

The rooms are all individually furnished, with a great deal of attention to detail: a breakfast that leaves no desire open and a very charming host. In addition, there is also a good drink to drink in the summer. From the winter garden or from the terrace, wonderful views of the Danube, from one side to behind Dürnstein and from the other side towards Melk.

It's a beautiful guesthouse.

Wow... What an incredible stay.  I frequent boutique hotels and B&B's often, and this one was the most special.  Josie's heart goes into every detail of the "Guest House".  These were the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in; not even a spec of dirt in the tile grout.  The breakfast in the morning was delicious and beautiful.  And the view... wow.  Please come stay here, you will feel like part of the family. Josie even did my laundry for me  and hung it with care when the airline lost my luggage. She offered me a fresh smelling robe while she cleaned my clothes.  I can't wait to return again.
