All of our pre-departure issues were handled with great efficiency and nothing we asked was too much difficult. When we arrived everything was as expected, which gave us confidence, and the hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. Our ski rep (Sarah H.) joined us at Dover and was very good throughout - she was particularly good when one of our pupils had a small bout of sickness and she seemed in her element! The Austrian welcome was legendary, as we've always felt. 

Skiing wise the runs were great for our party - we had about 50% beginners and 50% intermediate. We thought the pistes were well groomed and the lifts were queue less and well maintained. We were incredibly lucky with the snow (like most of Europe this winter) and it was certainly the best conditions we had ever seen. 194cms at summit!! 

Overall a great trip - thanks to everyone that made it possible - particularly Toby at 321ski http://www.321ski.co.uk  We'll be back next year for sure!!

My son stayed here on a school ski trip. Their school has used this hotel and 321 ski for their skiing trips for the last few years as it has worked so well for them. The party was all boys aged from 12 to 17 and the facilities seemed to suit them well. My son enjoyed the food, (always important for teenage boys!) and also thought the indoor football area was good. He did say that the climbing wall needed repairing and that he found sleeping on a top bunk that wasn’t against a wall didn’t feel particularly safe! But all in all he had a good trip and will be pestering me to book him on the next one that the school organises.

School ski trip

Stay clear ! Despite having had our booking for 64 people and our deposit since 2019 - trip was to be in 2020, then postponed to 2021, then 2022 with written confirmation, we were informed a few months prior to travel that Rupert had double booked and could no longer take us. We had our flights booked and paid for at this stage. He did eventually suggest an alternative accommodation where we were looked after very well but the stress it caused would ensure we would never attempt to book this centre again.
