Horrible: we booked in december 2022, through Booking, it was paid and confirmed, it was 45 euros. Just 3 days before our arrival day (and we were already on holiday): they wrote (only in German, they told through Booking the weren't able to speak English, and they didnt want to solve it through Booking, which i think is very not nice! Two options: cancel or pay 185 euros. We didnt agree, so they just cancelled our Booking. And then Booking said we wanted to cancel it, so it's very disgusting business how this went.

Our family stayed at Donauhotel Lettnerhof while on a bike trip along the Danube. This hotel was a welcome respite after a long, hot day of cycling!

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and spacious. The woman at the front desk (I am guessing owner) was extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a locked bicycle room and laundry -- a big bonus when you are traveling! The restaurant featured good Mediterranean food. We appreciated that there were several vegetarian options. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and fueled us up for another day of cycling! 

Overall we had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area!

Bright and Welcoming

We stayed at the Lettnerhof in September while cycling the Danube. It was a bit of a splurge for us as we paid more than we usually do (121 euros) but it was worth it! The location is perfect, literally steps from the Danube Bike Trail. It's been recently updated and everything was inviting, well taken care of and the staff friendly. It's a family run hotel and they are clearly proud of their establishment. Our room was quiet, modern, clean, and everything in it was new. The double bed was very comfortable, the linens super white and high end, the pillows excellent quality. The ensuite bathroom was modern and quite spacious (see photos). Wifi good, safe for valuables provided, ample storage space in the room, secure inside bike storage in the basement. Restaurant on site; included buffet breakfast very good (see photos), served in glassed in restaurant with views to the Danube and the bike trail. 
We'd stay here again for sure! Recommended!

Best 3 star hotel we stayed in, loved it!

Austrian style hotel with old interior architecture mixed with modern furniture. 
rooms are big and with all possible needed furniture. Service is very good and personal available and polite.
Breakfast quite ok, not the best in quantity but good food quality.

price in average and acceptable compared to service.

Nice location, rooms and personal is fantastic! 

The location of this hotel was perfect for our weekend away. It’s right on the river and in a quiet town. The hotel restaurant was not open on the weekends (which I found a bit strange), so there was nothing going on at night. The room was ok, but it was hot and we couldn’t figure out the air conditioner. The room guide said there was one, but we couldn’t find one. The breakfast was good, a decent variety and a nice view of the river.

Nice and quiet

The quality of everything here is good and the breakfasts are very good. Staff excellent and rooms very comfortable. But, don't think this is a hotel as the place is deserted from about 9pm and not any facilities open.
