Location great , the owner Gerald is very nice to your face , however any problems he just ignores you , he will not answer his phone and pretends you havent called ! Slimy man stay away , we have heard in the town that it’s very typical of him ! Well known

We've been to the guesthouse a few times and we're thrilled every time. Excellent cuisine and great service. Portions and prices are absolutely reasonable. Beautifully designed dining room and very cozy atmosphere. The gelato is world class!!!

We have already been to Austria 7 times on vacation in different places, because we are enchanted by the Austrian nature, cleanliness, order, which is everywhere. We stayed everywhere, even in a tent in a campsite, even in a luxury all-inclusive hotel... In Austria, you don't have to worry that it would be completely bad somewhere. As for this hotel, everything is as it should be. It really provides the services it advertises. There is no air conditioning, as some write in the reviews, but it is not written anywhere that it should be there either. The hotel does not deceive anyone. But what is not stated anywhere is that we have never met such a willingness of the owner, as in this case, anywhere in the whole world. We forgot the keys at night, we couldn't get into the hotel. We called the owner, and without the slightest sign of displeasure, he basically came to open the door at night, while he had to come from somewhere in his car. He was incredibly nice. If I were in his place, I would certainly not forgive myself for a negative comment. Since we have no other way to thank him, at least we put it in this review. We recommend the destination, the hotel, everything... Thank you

Everything OK

We had a short little 3 night stay in Kaprun and chose the auhof for our stay. 
The 2 bdrm apartment comes well equipped and the views from the second floor are great. 

The owner we very good in communication and always had a big smile and was eager to help with any wishes.

I would recommend the breakfast too. It is a nice spread and they are more than happy to make you a nice cappuccino in the morning.  

Great views, very easy location to the lifts and great owner that knows what hospitality is!

We were here once for dinner, and once for ice cream. Both times very friendly and attentive service - delicious dinner and also special wishes are happy to be fulfilled. For the ice cream - a secret tip: the ice cream is made there itself - after a walk just turn in and enjoy the terrace.

Delicious restaurant at the foot of the corn cone

We can recommend the garden 100% further. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern, the location is top notch, the free entrance to the Tauern Spa is a big plus. Mrs. Vaas at the reception did not leave any wishes open, from the beginning her correspondence was friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a culinary menu with regional delicacies and an extensive wine menu. The restaurant team was super friendly and professional. We are looking forward to our next visit!! Thank you very much to the great team.

Everything is perfect, warm hospitality

Great correspondence before, professional local service, delicious breakfast, cool that we were able to go to the spa as guests, and interestingly, the summer map that took us to dozens of cable cars.

Wonderful location, warm reception

We spent the weekend in Suite 88 with private hot tub It was perfect from A-Z! #The service from the friendly Mrs Waas at the reception (5*****) to the previous chef and sommelier at the restaurant, as well as the friendly breakfast lady, deserve excellent praise. #The diligent and forthcoming chef can't miss this place, with his excellent guidance, of course. The restaurant offers a culinary menu with exclusive and regional delicacies of the best quality. The wine menu is very diverse and leaves no spices open.

Luxury hotel in Suite 88 with private pool

The hotel is located right next to the valley station of the 3KK cable car that leads to Kitzreinhorn. Price-performance top. We had a Suite 55 overlooking Kitzsteinhorn. Free summercard with countless attractions. Tauern Spa card free of charge from the hotel. Rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. Also the Wirtshaus is to be mentioned. Super friendly staff. We were enthusiastic and already planning a new short holiday in August.

It's perfect.

We felt very comfortable with you in the yard. The suite was super spacious and we don't have to talk about the cleanliness - really top! Your staff were always friendly and very upbeat. It's noticeable that you have trained staff at the top of the list. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and especially the freshly fried mirror guides. Moreover, the diversity of the area - just nice with you. We're sure not going to be the last time we've been in the yard and we'd like to recommend the family to friends and acquaintances as well.
