Very nice location in Kaprun apartment are newly furnished and were very comfortable for us, especially the night view over Kaprun. All in all we can recommend this accommodation further.

Super apartment in great condition

Dirty mattresses under a bed just really miss dirt. In one room there was no heater, heating didn't work, it was really cold sometimes. The cleaning falls off the wall. Man hears everything from the other rooms.

Misse accommodation

Apartment krapfgut is an overpriced bland apartment with only the minimum of provisions available.
Kitchen has basics but nothing more, lighting inadequate and no cleaning products supplied except dishwasher tablets and a dustpan and broom. Even a starter pack as we have received in every other apartment we have stayed in over the past 4 months in Europe would have been better than nothing. There are absolutely no serving dishes or utensils. Nor are there placemats or even a tablecloth. We were given washing up liquid and 2 old tea towels after we asked.
 Washing machine in basement has to be paid for and no instructions given so hit and miss as to workings of it. One washing machine for 7 apartments not enough. No drier which is wonderful in winter and our apartment looked like a Chinese laundry most days.
Bathroom enormous and strangely has the balcony door off it rendering the balcony useless. Water mixer in shower very dangerous and at one time or another we all managed to scald ourselves as the mixer doesn't work as it should. Add to this the fact that there is no where to put things in the shower, no toilet roll holder and no hair dryer and bathroom not up to standard of even a 2 star hotel.
There was just enough linen for the 3 occupied beds but only one pillow per person. No offer of change of towels or linen during the 8 day stay and as we had to pay for laundry this is inappropriate.
We were shocked by the state of the rooms, there were holes in walls in the main bedroom and dining room. The walls were badly marked in the lounge room and each of the 6 windows with curtains had a different fabric this just increased the feeling that we were paying for sub standard accommodation.
I think the thing that surprised me the most was that there was no information pack or compendium so we had no idea of the workings of anything except the dishwasher that the owner showed us on the first day. Giving guest a few brochures from the town is not enough to ensure a positive stay. 
And then there is the wifi. It was hit and miss the whole time, not available throughout the apartment as advertised and the firewall is so high that even the video of the apartment owners sister hotel cannot be viewed.
We felt as if we had paid a considerable amount for the Christmas week and we stayed in what was less than a 2 star hotel at best. 
We cannot recommend these apartments to anyone.
