We stayed in the six persons appartment for a week of wintersport and this was great. The appartment is very spacious and has all the things you need. Erika is very sweet and checks every noe and then if you need something additional. Five minute walk to the Areitbahn and Lidl and Billa 1 minute away..

Great stay, sweet host

I booked apartment Alm 1 for me and 6 friends and it brought us everything we needed. The place was spotlessly clean, spacious, quite recently renovated. The location is very good as well, with a small supermarket around the corner and at walking distance from the Areitbahn (ski lift). Being there still in summer season the Zell am See summer card was included, which made it an even better deal because it allowed us to take the lift up the mountain for free (normally €25 round trip!)
I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

Perfect apartment at good location for each season

Beware when you book a "2-bedroom apartment" here! Just look at the photo's and let them speak for themselves. Our 2nd "bedroom" was nothing more than 1.9 x 3.8m closet with 2 beds in it. No window, no heating, no airconditioning or ventilation. Just a tiny ventilation grid that was blocked by a bed because the "bedroom" is too small for the beds to fit in. If 2 adults would sleep in this room with the door closed, they would suffocate by lack of fresh air.

Some travel agents rate this accomodation with 3 stars but it has no official star rating at all. A closet for a bedroom is certainly not at all star-worthy.

Closet = Bedroom ?!?

We were at this hotel not in the ski season. In June. During the winter of 2008. But not really. The hotel was very nice. Small, neat. In the kitchen rooms. You can make breakfast yourself and so on. By the way, there is a lift and a ski slope. Also nearby is Caprun. For those who love skiing, you won't regret it.

It's a good hotel.

The hotel was a large company (about 30 people). It was very convenient to place everyone on the same floor and actually got one large apartment. The rooms were spacious. Even if you settled in 6 people (two in the living room) there was still enough room. Good soundproofing - noise in the adjacent rooms is almost unheard.
