Quiet and top-class clean rooms with a nice balcony, fully equipped kitchen, super friendly hostess, homemade bread, homemade eggs, homemade jam and bacon are delicious.

Good choice

We had a great three day stay and we were amazed by the view of the sea and mountains. Great room for a family and we were happy with the summercard which we used a lot in the mountains. Friendly host. 

Amazing view and house

When we took up the road shown by the Navi, we were first slightly irritated as to whether this was the right way. So do not be surprised, but simply continue on.;-) Arriving at the Alpenhof we were rewarded with a breathtaking view of the lake. The room is simply furnished, has a sink in the room, toilet and shower are each separate. Our room also included a small balcony with sea view. The young hostess Daniela is very friendly and personally cares about the well-being of her guests.

Dreamy sea view and friendly hostess

A typical Tyrolean hotel cottage with an exceptional view of the lake. A clean and completely refurbished room has nine, a large, quiet bed, and finally a full, cozy European breakfast. Everything is made to have a good time.

An Unusual Point of View

This B&B's hillside location provides an exceptional view of the lake below, the town across the lake, and mountains to the south and west. Our room had a balcony. Parking is free. The room was modest. Equipped for longer stays. Breakfast was fine. Management was friendly. Price was great. View is exceptional. Use GPS or Rome2Rio to see how road on east side of lake ties into highways south of town. Excellent location for trips to Kreml Waterfalls or GrossGlockner High Alpine Road.

Exceptional view of the lake and town

Very good and quiet location, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, good breakfast.
We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the Alps and the lake. Nice path just beside this place.
Perfect choice.

Very good place to stay

Fantastic: The views from the room to the lake, the breakfast, the kindness of the owner, the tranquility of the area. I think it's a bit expensive... The views are fantastic, the room is rustic but it's very well taken care of. The breakfast is very complete.

Total disconnection

The views from the lake hotel and surroundings are incredible. It is far from the centre of the village, but if you are driving in 10-15 minutes you are. It is worth it just for the views and the tranquility. The room is quite new, well equipped, without luxuries but comfortable. The treatment is exquisite, the owner very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is right, with basic foods: fiambres, cereals, toast, jams of various flavors, yogurts, coffee, tea...

Spectacular 

We came as a family of 4 adults to the Half Ironman 70.3 triathlon. The location of our stay was perfect; very close to everything yet far enough to enjoy the quiet, silver moon setting over the lake. The view was spectacular. We could see the pre-race activity across the lake, but heard nothing except the quiet summer Austrian air. Our hostess and her beautiful, lively little boy were very personable, sociable, respected our privacy yet made sure to be available for all our needs. Our hostess was quite knowledgeable about the area and gave us excellent suggestions. Breakfast was plentiful and artistically presented, very nourishing as well as tasty. Highly recommended!

Best way to  visit Zell am See, Austria

My son and I have stayed here for 2 nights and we totally enjoyed our stay! The hotel provides all what you can expect from a really good one. Very nice clean rooms,  many with a breathtaking views to the glacier, lake and mountains.  We had a very good night's rest. I would like to highlight the quality of breakfast however of course the key is the staff. All who I have met are very nice and in the same time professionals. We enjoyed the owners' hospitality and we would definitely love to come back again! Stay here. You won't regret it.
