LOCATION
Located in a nice residential area, apartment is in a quiet close.  Shops and restaurants are a short walk away and the surrounding countryside is picturesque.  Parking is possible outside.  It is a little difficult to spot the apartment as you are driving, as the sign is inside the front porch by the door.

APARTMENT
Good sized, comfortable clean apartment.  Large well equipped kitchen, with full sized oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge, TV and table and chairs.  Comfy bedroom with TV and lots of storage.  Huge bathroom with big corner bath and separate shower cubicle.  Apartment has a balcony with nice views of the countryside.  Good, reliable Wi-Fi.  Part of the apartment was closed off as there was only the two of us, but more bedrooms can be opened up for larger parties.

SERVICE
The owner was lovely; she was so friendly and helpful.  She gave us a welcoming beverage and chatted to us for a while when we had settled in.  The weather was unusually bad for the time of year and she gave us good advice about the road conditions on the route we were taking and suggested we go another way.  She spoke really good English.

Certainly.  Would be good for a longer-term stay.

We were attracted by the high review score, amazingly low room rate with its huge 80sqm size and decided to stay there during our trip to the Zillertal area.
The friendly host allowed us to check in early to the 3-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Condition and cleanliness of the apartment is superb and the mountain view is just picturesque.
The beautiful bathroom is worth mentioned not only because to its unusual size but also its detail and usefulness like separate shower and bathtub, additional storage and hanging area of towels and clothes, large mirrors and many more. Making our 3 nights stay of this charming guest house extremely comfortable.
With a numbers of amenities nearby and many outdoor activities could be reached easily, we were glad that we made a right choice.

Great apartment in Zell am Ziller

This two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, 6 if they're really close.  We enjoyed a 6-day visit to the Zillertal, making this our base.  The proprietors provided an extensive collection of maps for hiking the mountains defining the valley.  They also have an arrangement with a local wellness spa for their guests to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi.  Don't miss the jacuzzi--you sit and soak under an awe-inspiring view of the Hintertux glacier.  The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms (good water pressure) and kitchen.  We didn't cook much, but there were many appliances that were convenient--toaster, coffeemaker, electric kettle.  Just one tip for other guests: stop by the grocery store as you come up the valley through Lanersbach.
