Common attitude of staff, my case was that I arrived way earlier than stated checkin time, and still I was able to get to my room at 9am. Once I missed breakfast, but despite of that, I was personally served with fully packed breakfast. Maybe this hotel has its drawbacks, but the staff attitude beats it all
