I had an excellent stay at Sapphire City Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were great, and everything was well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages. It is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it the perfect place to stay for both business and leisure. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Sapphire City Hotel to anyone visiting Baku. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to staying here again!
