The apartment is located within walking distance from Independence Square, nearby are: the Central Cinema, the M. Theater. Gorky, the Church of St. Simeon and St. Helena, many restaurants and Zybitskaya street.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. A good layout that allows everyone to fit comfortably. Modern kitchen, 2 full bathrooms - one of them with a bath, the second with a shower cabin and a hygienic shower - 3 separate bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed and a living room with a folding sofa.
Built-in kitchen with all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, water filter. There is also the necessary utensils: glasses, wine glasses, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, soup, dinner and dessert plates, frying pans, pots, salad bowls. In addition, there is tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen.
Bathroom amenities are available to guests: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, terry towels. The apartment has a washing machine, and for guests' convenience there is an iron, ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
For a comfortable temperature, regardless of weather conditions, each bedroom has air conditioning, as well as modern Schuco double-glazed windows. The windows of the kitchen and one of the bedrooms overlook the courtyard, the living room and the second bedroom overlook Independence Avenue.
Additional amenities such as a playpen are available upon request at an additional cost.
