Activities for the guests of the ecopark include a volleyball court, boat rental, SUP-boards and an inflatable kayak, bicycle and ATV rental, a campfire area and fishing. Zabelskoye Lake is rich in fish – pike, perch, bream, burbot and 15 other species of fish. Spinning rods and fishing rods are available for rent.

Room amenities

Accommodation at the Cozy House Hotel consists of 6 rooms with a bathroom each. You can rent separately by room or entirely for a company of up to 12 people. In the shared kitchen-living room you can relax by the fireplace, play board games, watch movies on the big screen. The house has full-length panoramic windows, two separate bedrooms with double or twin beds, orthopedic mattresses and pillows, two bathrooms, towels, washing machines, underfloor heating, cabinets, a set of dishes and cutlery, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, sofa bed, TV, smart system ventilation.

In the glamping tents: a bed, a heater and electricity. For camping enthusiasts, there are 6-bed tents for rent, as well as places to connect motorhomes to water and electricity. Glamping and camping guests can use a summer shower with hot water and a modern toilet. There is a mobile connection and Internet on the territory of the ecopark.

The hotel house has a shared kitchen, and on the street there is a barbecue area with running water, a barbecue, a grill and a cauldron on firewood.

By prior request, guests can order fresh or ready-made hot smoked trout from the trout farm on Lake Zabelskoye.
