First review on trip advisor and it's not a good one : I'm sorry! If you want a fawlty-towers experience without the good actors, emmanuel and without the good sence of humor. This is the place to go. Oh and no polly either ;)

Not a good way to discover Antwerp.

First of all the WiFi problem seems to be solved. I am on the third floor and have WiFi. My first impresión was a little bad. I came at 19.30 and there was nobody here. I called the telephone from the website but nobody told me when I made the reservation that it will be like that. Should be advised at booking. The key was hidden in a place and that seems not a good idea for me. As a guest I feel not safety knowing that maybe the key is outside hidden and somebody who not should will found it. Actually the door closes very difficult... I don't know why. But when I came back from dinner I found the house door open. The guest that enters last one did not close it well. So please check that. Generally everything was fine. The rooms look very nice but have small errors. No hairdryer. Nowadays I never take a hairdryer with me... All hotels have hairdryers. Not here. Only one working one plug in the room. In the bathroom there is no plug and no place to put your things. No mirror in the room. The window is very old and you here nearly everything from the street. The breakfast was nice. Lovely attention. So generally the stay was OK. Lovely location with some faults that could be cleared easily. 

Everything is fine

We made our reservation via Booking and indicated we were arriving between 20h and 21h. Not only we had to wait 40 minutes in the cold and hear the continuous lies of the person who was in charge of the keys on the phone (I'm there in 15 minutes maximum, not a single apology) but we also could not even enter the hotel since this woman felt very offended that we said it was completely unacceptable that she made us wait for 40 minutes in winter in Antwerp.
All in all, even if we indicated our estimated hour of arrival accurately, after the wait, we had to engage in a loud discussion with her who did not even say "I'm sorry" and who finally left us on the street and told us to find another hotel.
Simply unbelievable. I could only say to other travelers NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL, EVER. Worst customer experience of my life.

Worst customer experience of my life 

Looking at all the comments below, either I am not difficult or we were lucky.

We were in the top floor in the Marrakech room. Very nicely decorated, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small table with 2 chairs, a flat screen tv and a nice view on the harbour. No wifi on the top floors (too far up).
Someone in an earlier post complained that they could not close the window and I am assuming it was the one in the washroom because it was difficult but we did manage to get it closed.

There was no washroom doors but it did not bother us that much. What was a strange however was taking a shower in a jacuzzi. Water splattered all over the walls and the shower head was leaking quite a bit so my partner set the shower head near the drain to limit the noise. (For info, we did not test out the jacuzzi so no idea if it works).

We could hear some of the traffic outside but with all the windows closed it was ok. No drunkards or loud obnoxious people in or out of the hotel during that night so quite lucky in that perspective.
Breakfast was good and filling. We were even treated to some eggs. 
All in all a nice stay.

We got a peek of the Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn rooms. They both look nice.

Nice Stay

This Bed and Breakfast is not sign posted, but next to a coffee bar/ bar and the owner was there. She was very helpful and friendly and as we were early we could pick our room and then it was cleaned and made up for us. All boutique rooms which looked lovely. Showers were good and breakfast in the bar the next morning was also very nice. Walls thin and staircase steep. Lots of parking and Italian restaurant next door is wonderful.
