What was good

A clean and customer friendly hotel. The location is not the nicest part of Antwerp (lots of building activities in the direct surroundings). But very close to the central station and on walking distance to the major shopping street.

What was bad

The lobby, bar and restaurant are under construction. We were not informed about that in advance.
