Stayed for 3 nights in April with a friend on a long weekend away. 

What a lovely place! The room is nice and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable. Has everything you need. Even loved the toiletries supplied. All organic products! Fabulous!

Then there was the breakfast left outside your door every morning. Delicious and fresh! 

We were checked in by the owners daughter. Really lovely girl. Very informative, even told us about the designer fashion stock sales happening that weekend and arranged a map showing where they were all dotted around the city. And she helped with my mega heavy bag (flat was on the 2nd floor. No lift) 
Perry her dad was also very helpful and on hand if needed anything.

All in all loved it at Kool Kaai, very central, lovely views of the river. I would definately recommend and stay here again! 

Awesome little Gem! 

Stayed here as was recommended by a friend. Beautiful modern apartment. Clean and in a great location. Very spacious and has great views by the docks. Breakfast in the mornings left outside our door was a real treat! Fresh towels every morning was fab. Quiet and homely. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Eden!

Weekend away

We spent 2 days in the Kool-Kaai apartment and there is just nothing to complain about! The apartment (there are 2 in the house) is perfectly furnished and has just a cozy atmosphere. From the huge window you can see straight to the river. You can walk within a few minutes to the MAS museum or the historic part of the city. The tram is just a few meteres away. Every morning you get your breakfast delivered and it's just delicious. There are also a few restaurants close to the apartment. The owner is very helpful and easygoing. If i will go back to Antwerp it will definately be in the Kool-Kaai Studio!

JUST PERFECT

We stayed for two nights. Really enjoyed our stay. Except for not being served breakfast at the hour we wanted, because 'the baker's is not open that early' (despite us seeing that one nearby baker's was open an hour before) we found the service to be excellent. Nice balcony with a great view over the river; only wish that it was summer so we could use the balcony more!

Excellent location, nice interior

A very lovely B&B in Antwerp. It has a very spacious and modern look and feel. 

The very nice breakfast is brought on your doorstep.

It was a treat to stay here and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this B&B for a romantic stay in Antwerp.
