The hosts, accommodation, and location were all more than we could have hoped for. The room was beautiful and comfortable for a long weekend. The B & B is easily walkable to city center but far enough away to feel relaxed. Breakfast each morning was delicious too! We greatly appreciate the hospitality of our hosts. 

A perfect stay in Bruges. 

My son & I stayed for 3 nights at B&B De Goede 13. Chantal & Chris made us very welcome in their home. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfasts were fabulous and Chantal put homemade cakes in our room which was a lovely treat. She also gave us a lot of information on the area which was really helpful. The B&B is in a perfect location for anybody exploring the beautiful city of Bruges. 100% recommended. 

Perfect location  perfect hosts.

A wonderful stay near the city centre. Breakfast was amazing and incredibly tasty! Rooms are spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and followed the advice of where to go in the city. Had a great time and would definitely book again for future visits.

Wonderful stay near the city centre

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting the city. The location is super convenient, only a 10 min walk to the centrum. The hosts are very friendly, they gave us a map with nice recommendations of things to do. The room, bed and breakfast where amazing too. I would recommended this plabe to everyone! Even got some really nice restaurants reccomodations by mail 😊

Amazing stay

We  (a couple) stayed at the B & B De Goede 13 for 3 nights over the new year period.

The accommodation is well located; just a 15/20 min walk from the city centre, while also being off the main tourist track (as a bonus, if you’re in to exercising on holiday, the b & b is conveniently situated adjacent to an 8km circular jogging/walking/cycle lane).

I can only speak positively about the accommodation itself. It is exceptionally clean with high quality furnishings, and the hosts (Chantal and Chris) were extremely accommodating. They took the time to draw out the city’s main attractions on a map, and explained these effectively to us. 

The breakfast was a delight (continental), and again, Chantal and Chris were very attentive.  They also showed their flexibility and adjusted the food served to meet vegan dietary requirements, which was much appreciated.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I would recommend the accommodation to anybody who wants to stay in Bruges.

A Fantastic Stay

Superb small B&B. Free parking. (Arranged by host) Flat level access apart from a couple of steps at the front door. Property has an internal lift for those with mobility issues. 
Spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Free WiFi. 
The location is ideal. 10/15 minute, flat level walk to the city centre.
Wonderfully, friendly hosts Chris and Chantal.
Make sure you get Chantal's really excellent walking guide to the city.
All in all, it's an absolute delight. 
Very highly recommended!


Superb small B&B. 

Perfect B&B for a weekend in Bruges. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with everything we could need and a very comfortable bed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and gave us lots of good advice and tips for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious too. I can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic B&B

I stayed three nights at the De Goede 13 B&B. It was a peaceful night's sleep. Chris and Chantal was an excellent host. The room was decorated very well and clean, with no complaints. On my first morning, I got pancakes for breakfast; I love pancakes sometimes; I have them twice weekly. Chris's pancake was so good, better than mine.
Another thing they do is on your first morning they give a map with places you can visit that help me a lot. Although I got lost a couple times :) But that me bad with Map and directions, but that was the first day.

Perfect solo trip.

Stayed 3 nights as a couple for a 40th birthday celebration. We'd considered a hotel but so happy we chose to stay with Chantal & Chris in their beautiful home. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The room was stunning and had everything we needed including a lovely roof terrace, the location was ideal just a 10 minute walk into the centre along a quiet canal. On our first morning after a lovely breakfast Chris chatted to us about the best things to see and do whilst visiting and gave us a map with these marked on which became our personal guide to a perfect weekend. If you're considering staying here do yourself a favour and book - particularly if it's your first time in Bruges. Couldn't rate the location, accomodation, facilities and hosts any higher, just perfect! Would 100% recommend and return.

Made our trip what it was!

The hosts were very welcoming and looked after us during our stay. The room was well decorated, comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and we were given a map of the city with all the highlights and recommendations from Chris and Chantal.
The property is a short walk from the city center and situated on a nice canal. Very good location. 
Would recommend to everyone staying in bruges.
