We stayed here for two nights in November. The garden was extremely well manicured . The apartment was warm and nicely decorated although the chairs were uncomfortable and there was not enough bins. 
We required a late check in and this was difficult but we were grateful that the owner did wait up for us. We are not sure if the sauna exists as we were discouraged from using it. All of these things could have been overlooked had we not felt, from the moment we arrived, that we were not welcome and were invading their personal space. Things took an even more bizarre twist on the Sunday.  One of the many strange things she said included accusing one of the females of kissing one of the males. First, this just simply didn’t happen. Second, even if it had, this is not a crime! And yet it seemed to trigger a very strange reaction. As a result this was upsetting for the female and ruined her weekend. We were overcharged for the parking and then threatened with the police and being blacklisted from booking.com if we didn’t get cash immediately. We were all left feeling shocked, overwhelmed and confused about what had happened.

Paper thin walls and unwelcoming host

Loved every minute of staying at his B&B, very clean, lovely sized rooms, brilliant location and amazing hostess with a fab breakfast .....a hidden gem in Bruges and would certainly stay again. Especially good if you book both rooms and so have the B&B to yourself 

The Perfect B&B

The hotel is just perfect. Clean, spacious, recently renovated, with everything we could possibly need.
Very good location, 3 minutes walk from the center.
Breakfast was really tasty, fresh and with big variety.
The owner Annique was very polite, kind and helpful. Very happy we chose to stay there!!!!

Excellent

This b&b is a beautiful period home that balances preserving the elegant original features with modern comforts. The room was spacious, the beds comfy and the bathroom was incredible. 
The location was very convenient. 
The breakfast featured home made bread and jams, abundant tea and coffee, various croissants, lots of fresh fruit, the finest cheese and ham and your choice of eggs.

Tranquil and elegant! 

This B&B is exceptional in every way!! It is a five minute fascinating walk to the market square, passing many cute shops and cafes. The rooms are tastefully decorated with open fireplaces in both and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are huge with wonderful shower heads and great water pressure. Our superb hostess Annique,who was immensely helpful and friendly, gave us advice on fabulous local restaurants and site seeing. The breakfasts were  delicious and the table was set with love and care.My husband and I travelled with my sister and we all agreed that this stay was one of the highlights of our trip. Bruges is a gorgeous city,thank you Annique

Delightful property in a convenient location

Stayed with Annique and were impressed with the grandeur of the house, amount of space in our room and bathroom, quality of renovation and overall quality of our stay.  When we are back in Bruges there is absolutely no question where we will stay.  Highly recommended.

Great B&B with excellent host

It’s not my first time in Brugge (and, hope, not the last one :) This B&B located in an old, but recently renewed building in a good location in the center of Brugge (10-minute walk from the Belfry of Bruges, ~15 minutes from the Brugge station). Annique is a very good person: no troubles neither during the booking process (I needed a parking, so I wanted to check a few details), no during our stay. She also gave me a few advices about the town and I really appreciated it. 
The place is cozy and very spacious, the bathroom is large and modern too with shower and bath. The breakfast was prepared by Annique and included (among others) fresh fruit salad, orange juice, freshly baked bread (not from the bakery, but from the host :). The garden is pretty too and you can enjoy the sunny weather there. Little things as USB-ports in the wall outlets, Nespresso coffee machine and Westvleteren beer (for an extra money, but you can still taste it :) give the final touch to this great place. Thanks! Highly recommended! 
The only thing is that there is no A/C in the building, but it's a restriction posed by the town authorities and there is nothing one can do. However, it’s a very quiet place and you can sleep with open windows.
