We arrived yesterday just after the lockdown announcement because corona virus.  Charlotte was very helpful and gave us full use of the kitchen for Saturday as all the restaurants were closed.  The B&B is beautiful and very comfortable.  Rain shower is fantastic.  Rooms are big and the beds very comfortable.  Beautiful place to stay.

Weekend break

With just four double rooms and seven people,  we had the place to ourselves. An excellent location in the centre, we could walk everywhere. The service from Charlotte was exceptional. She gave us info on places to visit, walking tours, restaurants, bars, beaches. She could not do enough for us. There is an honest bar, garden, table tennis if you want to stay in and relax. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Beautiful rooms and a bath in our room and a huge comfy bed. Went to charlottes husbands restaurant for dinner, had the most amazing beef stew, Very reasonably priced and great service. Thank you for a wonderful stay ! 

Amazing service and rooms 

Grabbed this kind of on a whim as it sounded perfect for us and from comments, it was very hard to get so I booked it quickly. Previousy stayed northwest of the city and this time wanted to stay kind of south east so we could check out those areas (Minnewater park, Gentport, canal path to wind mills, etc.). This was a perfect location in that it was enough blocks removed from the Market to potentially be quieter. I say potentially, because the ONLY challenge we had was the oddly loud traffic noise in the street below our room. Yes we were on the street side but the road that looked quaint and small, came alive in the evening and pretty much through the night. Weird, but again the only issue we had so perhaps request an off-street room.
Now, all the good things. Charolotte the proprietor was awesome. Tons of little touches just for us in that she marked up a map of the area with recommendations and sites to be seen. Very nice touch. The facility, though quite unassuming on the outside was very nice on the inside, as if it looked to have been recently completely remodeled. The common area is beautiful with a beautiful outdoor area that we did not really utilize at this time of year. The dining area is made up of seprate tables, which many prefer at a B&B (we do). The room was very nice (#2), spacious, very well appointed with more stuff than would would need but you never know. The ensuite bathroom is indeed separate as some of the pictures online implied the facilities may be within the room, ours was not. The bathroom looked completely remodeled with very modern fixtures including a wonderful rain shower. Room had lots of big windows making it very bright. Loved the room.
Charlotte made a perfect breakfast every day (french toast one day, always egg offerings and bacon) and came with fresh breads, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit (perfect touch each day), everything. Breakfast was perfect.
Cost wise, we felt like we got a great deal. Rates will certainly vary but paid aorund $430 for 3 nights which from where we come is a deal for a B&B of this high quality.
Location was perfect, other than the still hard-to-believe high/loud night time traffic. Walked to the market numerous times and it was very close. Just below and east of the B&B was a beautiful area with parks, beautiful homes, cafes, shops, one of the old city gates and quick access to the canal path up to the windmills. The wind mill walk was a breeze with the perfect temperatures (40-50 degrees) and was much shorter/nicer than we expected. Very nice area. Little less than a mile to the train statin so it is walkable. With luggage and the fear of potential light rain, Charlotte arranged us a taxi very early in the am and it was there as promised.
Not sure what else to say. I/we are very in tuned to travel and particular about our stays and every little thing that comprises our B&B experience. So for us to say this is a must stay is a real testimate. I may request a different room just due to the street noise but this is very highly recommended and could have easily been given a 5 star (would have given this a 4.9 if I could).
Loved it and look forward to recommending it and coming back ourselves.

Loved This Place - Almost Perfect

We visited Bruges with some friends and chose the Dreamhouse due to its reviews.
The B&B was really well located and within easy walking distance of the main tourist centre of Bruges.
The B&B was approx. 10 minute taxi ride from the railway station.
The Dreamhouse had a delightful lounge / dining area and a lovely lawned garden with outside table & seating. The sunny weather meant we took full advantage of the garden after a days sightseeing.
Charlotte, our host was delightful and served up an excellent breakfast consisting of cereals, pastries, fruit, eggs, bacon.
Charlotte was more than happy to give suggestions of where to visit and had numerous pieces of tourist information available.
Our bedroom was situated at the back of the property and was spacious with a good sized shower room, there was no bath which wasn't an issue for us. Everything was clean. Sleep quality was good.
No hesitation in recommending the Dreamhouse.

Absolute Gem of a B&B

We were a party of 8 who stayed for two nights. Charlotte the host was extremely helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location was really good too for walking in to the centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic B&B in Bruges

Charlotte the host made our stay perfect. Upon arrival she had great tips where to have dinner, the best bars, the superb waffles etc. Our room was cosy, modern and the bed was big and therefore perfect! I liked the fact the room was not jammed with deco. There was a kettle, tea & coffee in the room. Cold drink & crips were in a small room downstairs where you could help yourself and just note it on your tab. You could even label our own stuff a keep in fridge. 
The breakfast was super cute. A nice variety of delicious things like homemade smoothies. Charlotte was very attentive and made sure lactose free diet was even considered when frying the egg in oil and not butter! I liked the fact her place is adult only and your could spend a quiet and stressless weekend! 
The b&b is close to the center but yet quiet. 
I will definitely go there again and recommend dreamhouse to family & friends!

Cosy lil b&b - felt like home

Beautiful house and decoration, great location. The beauty lies in small details which were just 👌. Room was quiet and spacious, clean and fresh. So was the rest of the space too. Breakfast served in table, muy bueno!

Lovely!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The room was clean and cosy. We had room 1 facing the garden which was really quiet at night. There’s also a comfy communal lounge and large garden with seating! The breakfast was fantastic, a selection of cereals, breads, pastries, meats, and cheese. Also, there was the option for eggs and bacon each morning too. Charlotte, the host, was friendly and offered us lots of great suggestions for places to visit and eat! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This is perhaps my favourite b&b! 

Absolutely Fantastic in every way

Beautiful B&B in the heart of Bruges. Dreamhouse is a clean and stylish property with a large, spacious bedroom and excellent facilities. Charlotte was a welcoming and helpful host and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was amazing; fresh bread, croissants, fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, were all on offer, as were eggs and bacon. Great location, within 5 minutes walk of the main square and 15 mins walk from the train station. Would highly recommend. 

Fantastic stay

Fantastic accommodation. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. 
We were made to feel very welcome by Charlotte and she spent a good amount of time with us to ensure we got the most out of our trip. 
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. 
Everywhere is walkable in Bruges, so location is fine. 
(If you are a light sleeper take a blackout mask as the rooms have big bright windows.)
Highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.
