BED BUGS.
Loud, noisy, drunk and rough people loitering outside 24/7.
BED BUGS.
Construction work wakes you up at 7am.
Bathroom light is dim like a candle.
BED BUGS.
No hot water.
Sink is clogged, all disgusting debris floats up.
BED BUGS.
No safety rails on bunkbed.
No elevator, enjoy walking up 4 flights.
Oh yeah, they also have bed bugs. Lots of blood sucking bed bugs.
Go sleep on the street but avoid this hell.hole.
Also, there are bed bugs here and they will move you to another hostel if you complain, AND make you pay for the new place!!

Bed bugs, horrible toilet, no safety rails. AVOID!

I booked three nights at the hostel, but couldn’t stay there for more than 1 night. The room was unbearably hot (over 30°C), and believe it or not, they didn’t have either AC or a fan in the bedroom. We were sweating like a pig and couldn’t sleep at all. Then I went down to the reception and requested for a fan. The receptionist told me they didn’t have any fans. 

No towels, no soap, no padlock as courtesy. When I left the hostel, the manager said that I would get a one night refund, so the money would be sent into the same credit card I paid for the 3 nights. Guess what? They’ve never transferred the money into my account. They don’t answer my emails, phone calls… not professional at all. 

This is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Stay away from this horrible place. 

The worst hostel ever! 

Horrible experience of all time! I have stayed in this hostel for 3 days. I lost huge amount of cash, my debit card and gold earrings.. Someone broke the room locker when I was out of the hostel. I complained to the staffs, police came but no help at all. CCTV was not functioning and people there seems unbothered and don’t care at all. Inside job? Who knows. Wont stay in any hostel anymore better spend to a proper hotel than lost it for the thieves. Learned my lesson.

Horrible Stay

Apart from the good location, this is a place to avoid. Dirty room, very hot which is understandable given the weather but if paying this much money, maybe a fan should be provided. Dirty in general and not a place I'd recommend

Good location, everything else poor

This Hostel is very close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Grand Place. Quite a bit of construction going on around the hostel, and there was no elevator, something to note if you have any accessibility needs. The common staircase smelt strongly of cigarettes and the room was very small. However, it was fine for what we needed, we used the room to sleep in and it worked out well.

Good location.

This hostel is clean & simply a place to sleep and store your things whilst you explore Brussels. Stayed in a private twin room and it was good although there are a few stairs to the room and no communal space/bar to meet people or participate in any activities. Walls are quite thin so you will hear people going up and down stairs at night. Located a 15min walk from the Grand Place it’s a good location however lots of construction and roadwork made the area a little less welcoming for our stay.

No Frills Accomodation

The hostel is literally 10 minute walk from the train station. I choose this locatin based on how close it was to the tourist attraction and the train station. This hostel has plenty of stairs. The washroom/Toilet are inside each room. The staff is there 24 hour and they have places where you can store your luggage. I love the fact that th3 hostel location ia perfect. With restaurants right outside the door way... I would recommend this hostel if you are traveling and need to be close to the city center and  the train station

Amazing 

Stayed in June 19 for the Belgium v Scotland football match. At £160 for a private quadruple room for 2 evenings it was excellent value. Close to the main bus and railway station as well as a number of pubs where friends were this was an excellent base.

I stayed in room 414 which had 5 beds and although a little tight it was fine for what we needed.

On the whole for a group trip on a budget this place is decent. 

Decent stay on budget 

Avoid this hostel at all cost. Simply terrible. People were drunk in room and was allowed to disrupt the other guests in the room, when mentioned to the guy working he said I'm sorry they disturb you but done nothing about it. So by 5am I had no choice but to leave and find another place. Honestly after being all over the world stayed in party hostels and everything, this place is a joke. 

Avoid!!
