A very nice and relaxing place in the suburbs of Brussels, where you will be warmly welcomed by either the owners, Fadela or her husband. They will make everything for you to feel like at home, and will prepare a fresh fruit salad and bring crusty freshly baked bread, Swiss cheese, ham, yogurt and French pastries to start a good day with a good breakfast. Rooms are located in the first and second floor and are cosy and confortable. 
The neighborhood is just made of houses, thus a car or bikes are needed to go to downtown Watermael. To go to Brussels, there’s a bus stop nearby or a tramway Line 10 minutes away by walking.

Very nice guest house close to Brussels

My room was on the 2nd floor, which was fine for me but could be a problem if you have difficulty walking stairs. You can make a cup of tea in your room (but no coffee). The room is fine, with a small en-suite bathroom. Good shower. Great. There are multiple WiFi hotspots available, so access to the internet is no problem. You can park your car easily in the street close to the B&B. There's a pharmacy and evening shop right around the corner, and restaurants at a 10-15 minute walk distance.

Easy parking, nice area

We stayed at the Guest House Les 3 tilleuls for one night only, but it has definitely been a great experience. The house is in a nice neighborhood of Brussels. It is very welcoming and cosy and the owners are extremely nice people. It's rich of souvenirs from their many travels around the world and it has a very peculiar style I loved.
Our room was big enough, comfortable and with nice furniture.
Very good breakfast, with organic products and genuine food.
Definitely recommended.

Great place with great hospitality

My mum and I stayed in a spacious, clean and contemporary room on the top floor of this charming B&B, located in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood of Brussels but not far from the city centre. I felt like living 'like a Brussels local', a highlight of my European experience. The host, Joelle, is lovely and easy-going. Other guests were from all over the world and we got to know them in Joelle's country style kitchen over a fabulous breakfast featuring local organic produce. Can highly recommend!

Charming, great breakfast, lovely host!

We stayed for three days at this lovely guest house in the Watermael-Boitsfort neighborhood of Brussels. Joelle is a very welcoming host, and our room, on the top floor, was spacious and well-equipped.  The bed was utterly comfortable, one of the best on our trip so far. The guest house was located within walking distance of the family members we were visiting, which is why we chose it. It is, however, also on a bus line which goes to the center of the city, with buses leaving every few minutes, so it would be a very comfortable place to stay and commute to meetings in the downtown area. Joelle's breakfasts are substantial and delicious, and she provided us with both transit and bike maps of the area, which we found very helpful. We found this to be a delightful alternative to a hotel stay, and would definitely come back when we visit the next time.
