I got the Timbuktu room (according the website), which was quite spacious, clean and had a wonderful view of the garden and surrounding buildings. The staff (Stephanie and Giacomo) was quite helpful and talkative, the environment was relaxed and homely. Breakfast was quite adequate for a working day, and also had a homely touch to it, although quite different form your usual hotel breakfast. The location was quite good, there are a lot of nice places to eat nearby (just keep in mind that they will be closed or closing if you check in late). Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Coziness and Solitude

Everything was Excellent. Warm welcome and kind support for my first visit to Brussels. Clean and comfortable room. Private shower booth and toilet in each room. Free wifi. Good breakfast and nice garden. There are two mini supermarket stores and nice restaurants nearby. Not crowded or not noisy but very convenient place since the location is not too near or too far from the central station. I can't image I would stay another hotel in Brussels.

My home in Brussels

This is a cozy family-run b&b with just three rooms, located in a fascinating town house in a lively street close to Flagey square in Brussels. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor gallery space and is definitely special with fresh fare from the nearby bakery. The location is convenient for accessing Schuman area (short bus ride), Flagey square has interesting restaurants and a very exquisite food market in the weekends. Great experience, will be back!

Special place with excellent breakfast

lovely and charming B&B in the center of town. Beautiful garden. Splendid hosts.
Tastefully decorated. Spacious bedroom with large bathroom. Very clean.
We (elderly couple) really enjoyed being there and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

An oasis in a busy town!

This is the email I've sent to this Bed and Breakfast... As I expected, I had no reply.

Hello,

my name is Filipe Santos and I stayed in your Bed&Breakfast from 3 to 10 June, Unfortunately, I am writing you to tell this was, easily, one of my worst experiences while working and sleeping away. This is why:

- The breakfast, which is one of the two parts of your service, was made of a croissant, three loafs of bread and an orange juice that was made with a single orange. One day I figured maybe I could have another glass of juice and I was told that that glass of juice was what I was untitled to. The extra glass of juice was served though, has a special favour! Oh, there was coffee too.

- Breakfast is served from 8 to 9!!! 1 hour to serve breakfast??! It is true that I was served breakfast later on two occasions but, again, has a special favour and not everyday.

- The bed was awful, I couldn't sleep well troughout an entire week and I was working with a lot of heavy gear.

- My room wasn´t cleaned once during this week!!

- Checkout is at 11am and, as if this is not bad enough, the cleaning lady was knocking on my door at 10.50am asking if I could leave because she "had to go away" ( !!!??? )

- The place is actually pretty cool and it was just disappointing to climb the stairs everyday seeing a garden to which I didn't have access to, except for on the 9th June, the day before I left. Apparently the owners always had something better to do.

- When I was leaving I was hoping to tell you how unhappy I was with the last week but, as usual, there was no one there that I could  talk to.

I can understand that it can be a bummer having to be available to satisfy your costumers so maybe you guys should consider doing something else.
