Perfect B&B situated a short tram (10 minutes) or bus (20 minute) ride from Brussels city centre. The rooms are exceptionally quiet and pristine clean. The continental breakfast is lovely. It was also nice to get to know Brigitte. She is a very welcoming and friendly person. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

Great comfortable room with good shower and facilities. Best aspect is the friendly hosts- it feels like you are staying with family friends. Very close to a good bus service into the centre of Brussels. 

Wonderful friendly B & B.

If you are looking for a place to feel like home in Brussels, stop looking! You just found it! Nice and comfy room, good neighborhood, close to bus and tram stations. The breakfast is the best moment here, when Brigitte and Alain will join and share a lot of funny stories! In the same area you'll find one of the oldest restaurants in Brussels, serving traditional plates and great beers, till late in the night. Also, the location is close to Forest National (5 minutes walk), a place known for the concerts held there. Thank you very much Brigitte and Alain, you are wonderful hosts!

Very nice!!!

This is a great, small B&B in SW Brussels. I stayed for 8 days and have all the same comments as those who recently stayed there. Superb room, simple, great shower, and very easy access. Breakfast is very nice and many mornings it was just Brigitte and I talking over fresh bread and pastries, cereal, coffee, orange juice, yogurt and off course coffee. It was very refreshing finding out all the nice things to do and the conversations made my morning. It is right around the corner from a bus stop or just up the hill from the tram that serves the entire city. Parking in the city is harder but if you are patient, it can be done. I would certainly stay there again and since my daughter now lives just down the hill in Uccle, I most likely will. A very good value for money that cannot be beat. The room I had was towards the back of the house and was very very quiet, something that you don't get everywhere.

Simply wonderful

My wife and I stayed at this B&B in the first week of Oct 2012. Brigitte was a wonderful host. She welcomed us warmly, gave us some touristy recommendations, and always joined us at the table while we were having breakfast. Alain was very helpful as well. He gladly helped us finding some other information we needed on the intranet.
The breakfast serving at this B&B was a complete one, comprising various kinds of bread, cheese, jam, orange juice, and tea or chocolate.
We stayed in a room on the uppermost level of the house. The room was nice, clean, warm, and comfortable. They provided an electric kettle in our room so that we can serve ourselves hot tea (or instant cup noodle, like we did) whenever we like to. We also admire the interior design of the house.
Finding the location of this B&B, however, can be tricky. It was located at one end of the Rue Joseph Bens street, which was very close with bus no. 48 stop (‘Forestoise’). Guests who will come here relying on Google maps advice on finding the route/direction may want to choose getting there by that bus instead of by tram since the tram stop is located at the other end of the street. It’d be a 10-minute walk from the tram stop to the B&B, and it maybe longer for travelers bringing heavy luggage. In terms of location, this B&B may not be the best but everything else was just excellent.
