A group of 11 of us stayed at the Lindenhof last week as part of a cycling holiday.  We were cycling along the Vennbahn route and chose the hotel mainly for its location, but also because it offers a package for cyclists.  We were not disappointed!  The welcome was friendly, our bikes were safe in the garage, rooms were comfortable and pretty and we had a good meal in the restaurant.  Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality.  Recommended!

Lovely hotel

The hotel is situated 14 miles form the circuit (30 minute drive) in a small village that on first impressions looks superb. We were not disappointed and the owners were very accommodating looking after 10 of us with rooms that were old fashioned but exceptionally clean and very large. 

The continental breakfasts are never ending and they keep bringing more food. We stayed for evening meals on both nights and the food was of the highest standard and not at all expensive. 

Car parking is plentiful and the village is quiet so no issues with security. 

One thing to note is they only take cash for the rooms, food etc. on departure but there is a cash machine at the bank 100m away.

Overall a great experience and we will certainly use the Lindenhof Hotel again.

Visit to the 6hr Spa Francorchamps with Car Driving Friends

The Lindenhof hotel is a great looking building, set in a lovely village, with ample parking across the road. 

Inside it feels like entering into a time warp. Decor straight out of the 1970-1980 era, very dated. 

Our room was clean and tidy. The bed a small double. No aircon and no coffee/tea making facilities or safe. 

Bathroom was clean, nice and light, with good shower but the toilet seat was broken and the toilet pot wobbly with a large crack running through the ceramic (see pictures). 

There was no phone in the room and reception is only open after 3pm for a few hours. 

It is a family owned hotel and the lady initially came across as stand-offish, but more friendly later. The husband was lovely. 

We had one dinner in the restaurant which was decent. 

This is listed as a three star facility and we thought facilities were ok, but rather expensive compared to others in the same category. 

All payments are strictly in cash!

Time warp. Bring Cash.

Four of us stayed for one night. The welcome was very friendly. Rooms very clean, all mod cons and great wifi. The breakfast this morning was excellent. They have a secure garage where we were able to park our motorbikes. Not a lot else to say other than I would certainly stay here again 

Very nice hotel in a quiet village

Spent three nights with my girlfriend and friends from Hong Kong at the Lindenhof hotel. There, we celebrated my birthday with family and friends, around 40 people. It was fantastic - food and wine were excellent, good value value for money (large portions), top notch service (from planning to servers), etc. Hotel rooms were very clean and spacious.

It is a true 'Eastbelgian' wining and dining experience. Will come back whenever back in town!
