The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site at a surcharge per person per stay. Guests can clean the accommodation before they leave or choose for a cleaning service (surcharge). Please note that the city tax, costs for electricity, water and gas are not included in the price and will be deducted from the deposit of EUR 350.
