after booking on booking.com , almost everything went fine , lean , small   room , B U T   , due to virus  , no breakfast , and owner quite difficult to reach , and this because   he  saw me at 3 o'clock , going into an ambulance , that drove me to the hospital , there i left by taxi , to arrive about  6 o'clock , but he had already cancelled the booking , but he arranged that i could stay for the 2 nights booked

better than expected

Mediocre, no elevator, carpet replacement, old room, good lunch but not much better, good situation, nice staff, no shower but bathtub, to renovate, not enough lighting, small TV and not many channels...

We stayed once this summer at this hotel, we were disappointed, we may be demanding but fortunately we were very tired, for our part we will never go back

The hotel and a remarkable quiet exactly what I was looking for and the staff is listening and very friendly it is at the service of its customers with the possibility of drinking a coffee with them downstairs in the hotel bar I highly recommend this hotel the rooms its small but adequate at the price paid little bemool lack of ventilation in the bathroom and very correct bedding with small refrigerator to store 2-3 run in case of hunger/dry during the night

Very quiet and friendly hotel

May I ask the management to please convey my genuine gratitude and sincere thanks to JUSTIN - the night manager on Tuesday night.

I was staying in Hotel D’Anvers, and went to get my glasses from my car at around 1 am. I accidentally locked myself out of the Hotel, with no way of getting back in, wearing only a pair of boxer shorts underwear, t-shirt and trainers. Possibly the most humiliating event of my life. Justin very kindly called the Owner of the Hotel up, and got him to open the front door for me.

I was most impressed that he didn’t laugh, but more so that he was very willing to help me. I very much appreciate it - you have obviously great staff, and from what I briefly saw, a smart hotel.

A message of thanks...

A very old room, you wonder when the very dirty ceiling will fall on our heads. The diapers are super thin, we've been cold all night. There's no heat in the bathroom whose sliding door doesn't close. The door is rusty soap. There's a tiny shampoo on offer, too small for a person. The toilet seat is all splattered. The baby bed is as hard as a board.

What to Avoid

Ideally located on the main road, which dissects De Panne’s main high street - Zeelaan - which then leads to the beach front.

Owners are delightful and very friendly, and the hotel was very clean and tidy.

An enjoyable two night stay.

It's expensive enough for such a small room, the shower gels are mini samples given only once for the past three nights.

A suitable hotel

Spend 2 nights in a 2.30 by 4.20 m hotel room and a bathroom for one person. Not very fun with a 4 1/2 year old child. Quite old hotel where everything lived. The only furniture is bancal. as a mattress for one person's bed, we are entitled to a bed covering with a pneumatic mattress and holed daps...qd you say???????. For cleanliness, there is much better. It's to be seen. When we arrived we asked to order 2x2 breakfast. We were told to go get a sandwich from the bakery and eat it at the cafe..... I went there but will definitely not go back. I can't recommend Franch to the person. I definitely found a booking with nice photos.

Two nights not very fun...

Comfortable bunk, friendly staff, hotel not too far from the dams, room and bathroom, pretty dull but clean, lack of ventilation in the bathroom, very hard to catch.
