Very disappointed by this hotel. -Old room with cased lamp, torn paint paper, dry hair and phone dating back to at least the 1970s. - When we wanted to take a bath, the water was brownish. - Breakfast was bad. Industrial orange juice, badly cooked omelette, fruit salad still half frozen. -Free parking advertised by phone which turned out to be paying and not just a little +- 10€, it would have been cheaper to go to a paid parking lot in the city 200m away.

A former hotel with a suspicion of dishonesty.

What a beautiful place beautiful decor through out the restaurants absolutely amazing food friendly staff - clean comfy rooms just a great experience - great location to amazing beach walks and parking on site

Lovely adventure

I wanted to share my bad experience with you so that it didn't happen to anyone else. We booked a room at the Cajun Hotel next door (De Panne) for 2 adults, our 4-year-old daughter and our 2-and-a-half-month-old baby. We had already been to this hotel and we knew there was an elevator, and the composition of the room. What was our surprise when at Check in they told us that we were in a  annex , the same street next door. (Deja no hyper night for breakfast) We quickly booked a room for 2 adults, our 4-year-old daughter and our 2-and-a-half-month-old baby. Very disappointed, never again.

Two nights stay with one meal in the evening via a welcome gift. Very pleasant hotel, well located, comfortable room, very good bed. Generous and varied lunches. The staff is available and friendly. It is a hotel where we will gladly return. A parking lot, at a reasonable price. Plus!

Very nice mini stay in this very good hotel.

I have been visiting hotels in Belgium and abroad for years now, but this is the first time I have experienced this.  The manager felt compelled to shout at us twice.  The first time was about the sanitary legislation that currently applies in Belgium.  Even though we are in order with everything, he found it useful to shout his opinion.  The second time was during the settlement.  When I told him that I had paid in advance, he accused me of being a liar.  At the moment I could not prove my payment but I have sent him the proof.  Hopefully he has some self-respect to refund me the money.

Avoid this hotel

Hotel at the top, well situated from the dam. Easy parking to block the car during the stay. Very friendly, welcoming hotel staff, always smiling and in a good mood! We went to the hotel restaurant once, nothing to blame, again very welcoming, and quality of nickel dishes 😉 An address to remember 😉

After a reservation at the Hotel Maxim which was no longer able to receive us, the latter directed us to the cajo hotel at the Panne. Very nice seaside resort, we love to go there. However, we were very disappointed with the cajo hotel. First of all, not knowing the place, we waited a moment in the reception hall. We then headed a little further down the hall to see the counter attached to the restaurant. We used the sound bar for this effect, especially We first time. We confirmed that we wanted to go to the tenant who arrives apologizing in a clock. We told him that it was nothing. And then, he started to take a moment to the window without letting us get a good look at the other tenant's house.

We're not people who have easy criticism and we don't like that, but if we can prevent other people from having an unpleasant stay, first of all, a more than unprofessional welcome, then the room, hair, mold and so on, we share our discontent with the tenant who got angry and insulted the wallons and despised our appearance, they judged and insulted us, honestly and frankly, reserve somewhere else.

We spent 1 night in this hotel in August. The staff were very pleasant at the reception. The room was very clean but the decoration is quite old. However, the bathroom was very spacious with a large shower. It's a shame there was no air conditioner or fan in the room because it was very hot. Contrary to other comments, we were more than disappointed with breakfast. There was not much choice (no cereal, no yogurt and no fruit) and at 9:30 there was nothing but grey bread (more butter, more butter, more bottles, more pistols..). Moreover, the bottling was very slow.

We picked this hotel a little by chance, and we were not disappointed, Bel welcome to the reception, the spacious and convenient triple room, beautiful bathroom tub and shower, the well-managed breakfast followed by the invitation, very friendly staff, and above all the quality of the products served, bravos family stregnaerts
