We arrived early but were able to check in straightaway and were surprised to be shown to a separate building and we were able to park the car right outside our ground floor room. The room was nothing special but it was comfortable (except for the underfloor heating which we couldn't switch off). As its some way outside of town we really had to eat there in the evening but that was no problem as the restaurant was excellent! We were amazed at how well the staff coped with a very busy restaurant with just 2 waiters and 2 staff in the kitchen, all worked like a well oiled machine. The only problem with the food was that we had eaten too much at lunchtime so we couldn't manage a dessert in the evening! The high quality of the food matched the service and we were very impressed. Breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. We enjoyed visiting Dinant and look forward to returning and we know just where to stay!

Great place to stay

We were looking for a place too eat, late (20:30) on a Friday and this restaurant was actually packed with people and was recommended to us by the hosts. The service was slightly slow as the restaurant was full but the food was delicious and the choice of drinks was very good.

Nice dinner

We spent weekend here, rooms was spacious, comfortable and beds were comfy too. Hotel was quiet the week before easter, there was some noise from restaurant in eveving but not too intrusive. Did feel was a bit pricey for what you got, but not overly so.

Friendly small hotel

We had a two night stay in this lovely place.  Our room was the third of six terrace bungalows situated in a lovely garden area.  We were pleased that we could park our motorbike directly outside.  The bungalow was spacious, with table and chairs, a fridge, comfortable big bed and a small flat screen TV which was too small for the size of the room. We had a nice outdoor patio area with table and chairs. The bathroom was big but had faults.  The old hairdryer didn’t work, toiletries were not refilled on our second day and there were broken tiles on the bath panel but saying this it didn’t spoil our stay.
We enjoyed the good buffet breakfast in the charming traditional restaurant.  We ate outside twice and enjoyed the delicious food, wine and the excellent service.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay at this place just let down by small details.

Pleasant Stay

On a busy and sunny summer afternoon we found ourselves at the terrace of this nice restaurant tucked away aside a busy thoroughfare. We took the lunch option (20 E) which came with salmon slices with salad and toast, veal with fries and a pastry for dessert. It was a busy time for the restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get from order to plate. The food was good, but not exceptional. 

Luncheon on a sunny sunday 

The hotel offers nothing special for the charged price (no air conditioning, breakfast is quite simple). The location is nice but outside of the city. 
The staff does not speak English but they have tried their best in order to provide us the needed information. 
The restaurant is good in the other hand it takes long time to get the orders ready. 

Visit to Dinant

I stayed in first room of bungalows behind main building.  The decoration and furnishings were cheap and tatty. The throw on the bed showed evidence of a previous couple's exertions which the staff had not noticed and changed.
It was hot and the only window was at the back in the bathroom and was jammed shut. So the only ventilation was with the door left open at night. Glad we were not there when it was 40 degrees plus!!
The bathroom and toilet area were dirty, the toilet seat was a different size to the bowl and would not flush solids. The pipes, cistern and toilet were joined with silver tape and all moved alarmingly.
Breakfast for €9 had a very meagre choice of uninteresting items.
On leaving, our report, especially about the toilet , was met with disinterest.
For €91, it was a most unstisfactory and expensive stay, no doubt cashing in on popularity of Dinant.

Overpriced unpleasant room, very average staff and breakfast.

Terrible service! If you are planning a trip for family or for a small group of friend to visit belgium, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

 Our family just left the place. The food is unreasonably late and no communication at all. We have to wait for ages just to finish our food within 10 mins, no improvement eventhough we told them for many time.

Zero service mind!!
The bald guy left the food and beer we ordered at the counter bar and the dessert in tray on our table, we have to grab them for ourselves!! He threw averything and moody. The girl is ok.

 This is the worst restaurant I have visited since I was born!
