Went on a two hour horse ride with two of my friends this summer. Vé (Véronique) the ranch owner and our guide was friendly, straightforward and patient, and gave good instructions. My French wasn't very good, but we made do anyway!

The ranch itself is just like the Wild West, and seems like an ideal place to bring the kids for a long weekend.

A fun horse ride for beginners

Our stay on the ranch was a complete letdown.

Reception and service were terrible (non existant, really). Despite reserving accomodation and dinner for a group of about 20, the buffet (€ 19/pp) was empty when we wanted to dine, and no proper effort was made to rectify the situation.

Breakfast was absolutely sub standard as well.

The rooms were very basis but acceptable, and although the rotting mouse added authenticity to the venue, the smell wasn't helping alleviate our frustrations.

I understand rebuilding a business after a fire isn't easy, but this was such a sad state of affairs I won't be returning ever again.

Let's not do this ever again

We celebrated new year 2016-2017 here with 15 people overnight.
- the rooms were very cosy and clean
- the atmosphere with the animals, super dj and cool bar had every element to make this a memorable night
- however the catering service was beyond unprofessional. We were hungry almost the whole night. Main course was served around 1am, desserts followed at 3am.
- the meat from the main dish looked and tasted like leather. In a ranch you would expect a tasty grill menu. 
It's a pity because the location and concept have so much more potential.

Great location, substandard service

Farm animals, US ranch theme, and something of a horse ranch/rodeo atmosphere - the pictures are relatively accurate. The hotel is a bit 'summer camp' style, and very basic, but staff are friendly. Could be amazing with a big investment in facilities.

Kids will like it

We came here over the weekend for an overnight stay. Although the weather was rainy, we find the place interesting and comfortable. The room was pretty basic but cozy as it is made of woods. The breakfast is also included in the rate. The menus in the restaurant are not that much. We ordered bison meat menus and they're all tasty and the serving was generous. The only thing I noticed which can be a big deal for travelers is that they only accept in cash payment. We had to drive to the nearest town for 10min to withdraw some cash. Lastly, we thought that few staffs in the restaurant were not well trained. Overall, it was a great experience for us and we think of coming back!
