We are a family of five adults and stayed in the Carriage House.  It was fabulous!  A few short steps from the Chateau, we enjoyed the private patio, kitchen and extra room.  Sally and her husband are the proprietors of the Chateau and take care of you through your entire stay.  He is the culinary wizard and she, the details Queen!  Breakfast was amazing, but if you are lucky enough to be there for the five course degustation menu, make sure you get a reservation!  You will not be disappointed.  The Chateau is a short drive from La Roche where you can go for shopping or dining.  We were staying there around a tour of Bastogne and the Battle of the Bulge.  Bastogne is about 30 minutes away.  The charm of the Chateau is well worth visiting.  I hope I have the opportunity to visit again. 
Sally gave us a viewing of the regular rooms in the Chateau and they're lovely with beautiful decor, modern bathrooms and all the comforts one could ask for.

Charming Chateau, beautiful setting and amazing food!

We were in this incredibly beautiful castle for a weekend and felt like a princess. The hostess read our wishes from our lips. Everything was perfect, every dinner was gigantic and culinary great! The restaurant has a great section and every table has a different view of the castle park! (By taking our little walk in the morning and enjoying the sun and the silence.) The furnishings of the room and the whole house are exquisite! We can only recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to spend the beautiful and peaceful days! Thank you we come back!!!!

It was an unforgettable experience.

I valued only the visit to the restaurant. There we were treated extremely unfairly. Even though we were almost the first guests in the evening to come to the restaurant, we were always served as the last, so that the food was certainly not always as hot as it could have been. Furthermore, the red wine was only twisted when the main course was already on the table, the wine was neither breathing nor the food was particularly hot when we finally had the wine. But the worst thing was the absolute freakishness of the hostess to give us the worst table without options and to ask why we get this one installed hard enough to lie to our face and not apologize later on. Your offer, after we had already been together and after she had lied to us to give us another table, we would never come back here again.

Never ever again

The rooms are spacious and well equipped except that we had the last two rooms on the third floor...no elevator. Very good bed for a quiet sleep. Very good restaurant with menus of 3.4 or 5 servings. The kitchen is made by the boss whose dishes are sought after.

It's a beautiful place.

As a regular at Relais & Châteaux, this very beautiful and beautifully renovated place, owned by quality owners, has nothing to envy of this mythical chain. Everything is perfect and very sought after in the smallest detail. Unparalleled gastronomic cuisine.

Christmas 2019 in the city of Beausaint

It's not every day you get the chance to eat in a castle that's also completely renovated. The dishes are tasted first with the eyes so the presentation is so beautiful. The tastes are unusual. The chef would definitely deserve a star.

Your host is a chef who will surprise you from the dessert appetizer to the delicious snacks to make you a beautiful egg for breakfast. Just look at your plate to understand the delicacy and generosity of your beloved host. I will come back more fond of it than ever with an enthusiastic departure🤗

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!

Chateau Beausaint is a truly fabulous place. Alain & Sally, the owners are warm and friendly hosts and Alain is a brilliant chef. The quality of the accommodation is tremendous with the chateau tastefully updated where necessary yet keeping its charm. It’s also in a very pleasant setting in a small village with walks in the countryside around.

My first time at a Chateau and it was good :). Nice Hospitality with everything we need, and Wonderful food. Every room is comfortable and equipt with everything you need. Maybe i'm a little bit peaky, but the floor was a littlle bit squeaky and the soap was strange. It doesn't wash out easly.

Any way, it looks like a cool place to stay in the Ardense.

Beautiful place

An unforgettable luxurious experience in an oasis of tranquility. Rooms are very large and beds are extremely comfortable, The food is exquisite. Chef Alain prepares dishes which are a lust to the eye and to the tastebuds at the same time. Hostess Sally is joyful and charming. Fantastic place to commence a number of  promenades through the fields and woods.
In short: advisable as a medicine to jack up your spirit and soul.
