This hotel must be the worst of all, because they do not accept cancellation unless you pay for the all stay.
They even are not honest and blame the booking agency for this rule. By checking this out with the booking agency this rule is made up by themselves.
I had to cancel the booking because a change of plans, not because I did go to other hotel, but stayed with family.

This is not a hotel, but just a lame excuse for scammers.

Think of the film The Shining. There are no words that can describe this place but here is my review...but it is worse then I can describe.

You have to pay before you see the room for a reason. NRG is a gym next door to a hotel called The Zimmer Hotel which runs the NRG part. You check in at the Zimmer but they then direct you back to the gym. You enter via a door that's never locked into an entrance hall which is a building site. Go through a new unpainted door up the stairs into an old large function room last used circa 1970. This houses bits of old furniture, empty alcohol bottles etc with a tatty red carpet and flock wallpaper. Next through another unpainted new door, up more stairs into a suite of meeting rooms, no longer used, last decorated 1970 now deserted. Around one meeting room are about six bedrooms. Why? We had the first one. Lino floor, tatty melomine furniture, one electric heater that had to share it's plug with the light. Last decorated around 1970. We went out to find somewhere else but couldn't so had to stay here. The walls were paper thin so I could hear everything from next door. My bed was so old it dipped at one side but I  couldn't sleep anyway as the only security between me and the outside world was the old lock on the bedroom door.  Horrendous ..do not go here.
