Walking on GR126, this was the perfect place to stay overnight in Maissin. The room was very comfortable with a stunning view and the dining experience very unique with great food. You can even choose your type of music to accompany your diner. Simply amazing. Pierre and Françoise are both experts in that he is extremely knowledgeable about trekking/walking in the surroundings and will provide you with all the information needed and she is a top chef. I had an excellent and very enjoyable stay. I do recommend this lovely place where you really feel at home.

Top notch first class property

We went for the table d'hote for 3 nights.  The food was outstanding: Francoise is a great chef.  We got to talk with lovely, interesting Belgian guests and learned lots about Belgium.  Pierre directed us to a walk in the Ardennes woods from the B &B.  Wonderful experience all around.  

Food rave

Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful, calm and really comfortable. Pierre and Françoise are in the best host I ever had in my life. If you're searching a beautiful and nice typical south belgian place, l'aïoli is perfect for you.

Amazing stay

What an amazing place to be! You are welcomed by Pierre and Françoise, very friendly people who give you immediately the feeling that you are a special guest in the B&B. 
The house in a typical style of the Ardennes is very unique and charming. The surroundings are lovely to make a walk through the woods! Unique one of the top spots to stay!


Outstanding!

We stayed only for one night and had a room facing the garden. It has a relaxing view of the country side, clean room with a cosy and comfortable double bed, great design of bathroom with wonderful warm shower. The hosts were very friendly, it was fun chatting with them. Breakfast was amazing, definitely one of my top favourite! We would come back for a longer stay in the future.

Wonderful room, hospitality and breakfast!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had an amazing meal and breakfast was lovely too, all local foods. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We left feeling very relaxed and happy. We are moving to the area next year and Pierre had lots of information and knowledge about the area. Bouillon is well worth a visit, beautiful area, we can't wait to move there.
