Rude Manager, one star as zero doesn't exist. The  Rooms are like something from the 70's, dirty, tired and unwelcoming. I would not recommend here at all, when there are other smart Hotels closer to the Circuit, for very little more money. I think even Gordon Ramsey would refuse to help this place.

Thanks to you, for your disrespectful, insulting, hateful, rude words and thanks to this unexpected leak from your establishment at a later time, we have had the incredible opportunity to land on an exceptional B&B located two steps away from you where we have spent a small stay surrounded by kindness guests: we have made the most of our needs, after having been acted upon. The frame is gorgeous! the room? we inherited the worst i think 90 euros (the cheapest...) without the breakfast cardboard partitions it was like a collective dorm snoring and stereo banging i'm angry i'm sick of these photos that don't reflect reality in bonus no bar, no restaurant, no pool because of covid ok but it would be desirable to prevent before booking mini pool cold and no heating in the bathroom! i give my opinion to the owner who judges me that i shouldn't have the right benchmark criteria the photos speak for themselves to you to answer and omit with those of the hotel site franchamps castle

Very disappointed...it wasn't the life of a castle

Looks nice doesnt it...dont be fooled..the rooms are old..dark..dirty and very poorly furnished. Our group had a very poor experience with a very very rude owner..from our experience we would stay well clear of this place...Read other reviews and be warned...alot say the same thing..you have had enough people sharing similar to what we did. Its not sour grapes its telling you what to expect from our experience..others also have seen it.

Shocking service

Very rude gentlemen, who clearly hates brits.
Told upon entry strictly no noise after 10 pm , 
Front of house looks ok but that where it stops, the rooms are disgusting 
The basin tap was a kitchen tap which was all loose and not fitted properly. Smothered silicone everywhere, trying hide rott.

Shocking

I wanted to like this hotel. The front of the building (it's not a chateau in the common sense of the word) is very attractive and it is located near the Spa circuit. However, like the walk to the circuit, it is downhill from here. The rooms are far, far too small - especially when compared with the web images. The bath is so tiny only a child could fit in it. Light fittings are loose, and other room accessories are tired. There are also negative signs everywhere: "don't make noise late at night"..."don't put your own food/drink in the fridge", etc. Talk about making you feel unwelcome! The bar prices are also outrageous - I've stayed in 5* resorts where a beer costs less. I've read elsewhere about the owner being rude. We didn't experience this - in fact he was polite and pleasant throughout our stay. Despite this, I can't recommend it.

Punching way above its weight

We spent 2 nights in this establishment and had an excellent stay. The owner is very welcoming and always present to satisfy the requests of his customers, to give information about the area or to talk to you about motorsports... and always with a smile. The setting is rural, and the building has the charm of the old one. The room we had was pleasant, clean, with a nice view of the surrounding countryside, the comfortable littering... not to mention! The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with fresh products (bread and bakeries), sweet or salty there are for all items. The museum is filled with very interesting collectors for sports enthusiasts! The proximity of the Spa Franchamps does not cause any heat damage.

Very nice stay in a nice setting

Lovely hotel with racing themed rooms about 1.5km from the circuit in a little village. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Small but interesting racing museum on site.
Secure gated parking
We'll be going back next year.

Great place to stay if visiting Spa Francorchamps circuit

We stayed overnight in this charming hotel, a very good price ratio, excellent service, a pleasant breakfast and above all a family atmosphere and a very friendly welcome from the boss.
