Lovely hotel, but the bathroom is no good for anyone with disabilities, poor room service a couple of tea bags to last a week and when I asked for more was refused, bins in room were only emptied twice, would not recommend it for anyone who had disabilities or restricted diet

My wife and i wanted to stay in the ardennes and visit some sites that where of importance during de second worldwar. We also wanted to enjoy the vieuws in the Ardennes during fall. The landscape is beautifull. We visited the memorial site in Bastogne, this made a huge impression on both of us. The museum is wel worth visiting.

We stayed in a hotel nearby Trois Ponts, the name of the Hoteis Auberge du Pere Boigelot. The hotel is in some ways disappointing. We didn't have TV in the room, which we can't miss, especialy during fall. The owner told us that we should read !.. I like to keep updated on the worldnews and i had to miss that for 3 days.
The heat does only work at certain times, so its possible that you have to be in a cold room.

The breakfast offers you bread, a couple of slices of cheese and ham, and some jam. If you want two eggs you pay € 3,50 extra and if you want orangejuice it costs you another € 3,50 extra. Coffee or thee its included.

Dinner is excelent, but compared with other places very expensive. I advise you to eat outdoor like in the nearby place called Coo (Stavelot).

Over all i think € 70,- per night for a 2 person room is alot, knowing that you can't control your own heat and there is no TV.
