Lovely, friendly, helpful owner, able to help and advise on the many attractions of the area. Convenient location, at about 10 minutes walk from the Menin Gate & the city centre. Comfortable room with tea & coffee facilities. Attractive gardens. Very good value for money. Simple but very pleasant breakfast.

Very steep stairs could be a problem for visitors with limited mobility.

Charming B&B near the city centre

Arrived late afternoon and shown to a lovely en-suite room which we'd book the year before. Went in to town in the evening when we were called and asked to move out as 2 gentlemen wanted the room as it had a spare bed. Promised us we could move back in the next night and she'd "see us right" as the new room was not en-suite and very small. The next night she'd put someone else in the en-suite so once again we we in the box room. When we went to pay she wanted the full amount. No discount even though it wasn't en-suite and the offer of "seeing us right" was ignored! Had to pack our luggage twice to move out of rooms. Very annoying 

Nice house. Awful service

We stopped off here yesterday and found the accommodation excellent and the lady running it absolutely charming and helpful. It was so easy to find and tucked away in a very peaceful location yet only a ten minute walk into town. Our room was spacious and spotless and the breakfast just amazing so thank you for a wonderful stay 

Lovely B and B 

What a fabulous place this was.  A very cosy room, with plenty of space, and added extras of tea and coffee making facilities and fridge.  The room was nice and warm, and great electronic blackout shutters on windows, making the room completely dark to sleep.  The bathroom was small, but had a great powerful shower, with toiletries supplied and good quality hairdryer to use.  Free parking outside accommodation was a bonus, and a short stroll to the city centre, for some great museums, bars and restaurants.  Not forgetting the emotional playing of the Last Post, at Menin Gate, a must see at 8pm.  The host of this accommodation was very hospitable, and provided an adequate buffet breakfast to start our day.  We would definitely stay here again, if we were to return to Ypres

Fabulous cosy accommodation

I had a wonderful stay here as every thing was great. The location is ideal, the lady who owns the house is very helpful and the room was very nice. I'd recommend here if anyone thought about staying in Ypres.

Lovely stay

Made to feel most welcome, excellent advice on places to go and best times to visit.  Also gave recommendations on the best pubs and restauraunts.  Would certainly stop here when visiting again.  Breakfast was a pleasant surprise plenty of choice and tons of it too.

Superb

We stayed at this lovely little B&B for two nights, Friday 26th to Sunday 28th October. 
Very friendly landlady, spoke very good English. The breakfast was continental style but there was plenty of it, local cheeses, meats, cereal etc. 
She was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips about Ypres. She also gave us discount vouchers for restaurants and the Flanders museum. Great value at €144 per room for two nights. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. Good quality TV, but no English channels.
We will definitely book here again.
