This is well placed about halfway between the Ieper train station and the central square. The rooms are spacious and well kept. It was a very comfortable night and the hosts were very helpful. Definitely worth booking.

Great location and room

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the sites in/around Ypres. The B&B sits just a few minutes walk from the Grote Markt and a couple of minutes further you can find the Menin Gate. Deja Vu sits on a one way street with on street parking about 30m beyond which is free in the evenings and Sundays. Otherwise you need a parking card which Deja Vu can provide and this gives 3 hours free parking, which can be extended by returning to the car and changing the time. Alternatively, there is free parking at the railway station which is about 6-7 minutes walk away.

The room was very clean and the towels were changed daily. A self-serve breakfast was laid out each morning with fresh pastries/croissants, bread etc and the usual juice and cereal options, plus freshly ground coffee. There is also a minibar in the room with beer/wine and soft drinks, you just need to leave the money for any items that you drink when you leave. Personally speaking, we found the bed a bit soft, but after a long day walking, we still slept well!

There are many options around for eating/drinks and despite the closeness to the centre, we never heard anything from the traffic or town.

Great Location

Ideally located for visiting Menin Gate. The B&B is exceptionally clean and the people running it are great. The Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The room was large with it's own patio! Unable to book in until 5pm (1700hrs) so we had a nosey around the local area which is well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend staying here. Free parking on the street

Ideally located for visiting Menin Gate and local area

We booked this B&B as it was only 5 mins walk to the Menin Gate through the town square. The room was very clean, with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, great breakfast included in the price, very helpful owners. And free parking outside with a permit from the owners. Would stay again and recommend to others.

1st world war grave and Menin Gate service

This B&B is within a few minutes walk of the main square, bars, restaurants and the Menin Gate.  It is modern, very comfortable, very clean, fairly quiet,  the hosts are really welcoming and the breakfast has plenty of variety and served at a time of your choice.  The wifi is a little slow and pedestrian traffic on the street can be clearly heard from the front bedroom, however, we loved it.

Absolutely fabulous 

We stayed here for 2 nights the hosts were brilliant. It is a B&B with 2 rooms. Close to the town centre, the room we stayed in was clean comfortable and whilst on the road side of the building the shutter kept all noise out. 
The hosts arranged for pick up and drop off at Brussels Airport at a reduced cost.
