Possibly the worse hotel I have ever seen, rooms filthy, bed sheets stained, old fashioned fly trip stuck on ceiling, refused to stay worse hotel ever, asked the guy on reception, he happily came to view my complaint and attempted to change the bottom sheet however on further inspection the top cover had brown and yellow stains

Horrible... dirty, insect infestation in Rooms, mosquitoes and Bed Bugs.

Rooms were filthy owners didn't care.

Would never return its absolutely disgusting. Also sightings of Rats around the hideous pond in bbq area!

The worst hotel I ever been.
No service at all no any assistance or information. 
Was an orribile experience 
Dirty, dirty and still dirty.
Room full of Spiders, mosquitos, and bed sheet were black and with sigarette holes
Toilet dirty , toilet forniture were broken.

Had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. Owner was continuously shouting at staff and guests. Manager’s behaviour also was very rude. 
No service staff available. First response for every request is a NO. Even for paid services like laundry and food. 
There is no transparency in billing and no guidelines for cancellation. They get changed as per the owner ‘s whims and fancies. 
Not recommended to anyone who plans to visit Belgium or nearby areas. Go at your own risk!

Worst experience ever!

I stayed here from December to March.  Handy for the Volvo plant where I was working. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Food was great. Staff were very accommodating to our shifts and arrival/departure times. Home from home.  Lucienne, the owner, even arranged taxi to the airport - very obliging 

Great business hotel

Book a long time before you intend to stay: Her Ladyship, Lucienne, will cocoon you, during your stay, provided that you allow her to plan your stay and, once arrived and checked in, are on time for breakfast and dinner. She doesn't need you to have a prosperous business. So, please, be polite.
The bedrooms are clean and cosy. Thanks to Bernard, the chef, you will enjoy excellent dinners. Do not hesitate to ask Nico (Lucienne's son) how to use the internet. Loging in may appear simple. However, do ask him how to do it, if you encounter any trouble. In fact, I wonder whether he had ever to log in in any of the bedrooms.
The JFK hotel is located near to many industrial plants, especially ArcelorMittal's. It offers an optimal location for those of you who need to be on site or as near as possible to where you have your business.
I have been staying for six months at tne JFK, from June to December, 2017. I really enjoyed it. Lucienne, Nico and Freddy are lovely persons. They will make your stay a pure pleasure, provided that you show respect on them : they do not need you, whereas we need them.
Take it as it is and,

Highly convenient, excellent food, cosy. Très pratique, nourriture excellente, très confortable.

Nice little hotel in an older building right next to the highway (be careful with GPS systems, the address is a little difficult to find). Rooms are basic and feel a little overpriced for the quality they provide, but overall it's ok. Friendly staff though a little stressed from time to time. If you have the chance, go for lunch or dinner at the restaurant, that's clearly the best part of the place! (unfortunately breakfast doesn't match this at all)

Unacceptable service from owner. Please be warned that personal at this hotel is really unfriendly and rude. Service and cleanliness is be need all expectations.  I don't recommend this hotel so you are warned.
