I only stayed here for one night with my partner after cycling the death road. It was a nice stay. The beds were soft (pillow was rock hard), good locker storage, showers were HOT and the top level has three pool tables, a table tennis table, homocks, sun room and lots of tables and chairs to sit on. The breakfast was only one piece of bread with butter and jam, a glass of juice and tea/coffee. The hostel is in the middle of all of the markets so it is very noisy at night time (luckily I did death road during the day and just combered!). 

Good for the price

Its cheaper than elsewhere for doubles. Our room was pretty small. Mattress was old so they put 2 on the bed. But it was v cosy in the bed. Soft bedding and warm even though huge windows looking onto street. 
Free breaksfast but v v basic. Bread, jam, coffee and juice. Can pay for more 
Nice bar area with free drink kn first night but its too cold that no one really stays in there. Nice to be able to play pool. 
Everyone here seems to be Israeli so if you are not then it may not be as social. 
Toilets have no soap and there is only 1 plug socket in our room. 
Place feels clean enough. 
Noisy rooms due to big windows. 
In the centre of the tourist area 

Fine,cheap, warm. 

Stayed there for one night. A good place to stay if you want to save some money. The breakfast is very good, the dorms are ok (we stayed in a dorm with 5 beds with private bathroom) but the bathroom isn't so good.

Nice to save money

I only stopped here for a night, after a long bus journey. I was greeted by friendly staff and this continued throughout the brief stay. The room was very basic, which isn't a big problem for me. My matress was tired, and the room had huge single pane windows that looked over a particularly busy intersection. As you may be aware, Bolivians use the horn on their car as often as they breath, so it was particularly noisy. 
It's run down in parts, and just tired in general. 
Their bar is nice with good pool tables but overpriced.
Free breakfast is as standard with coffee, bread, jam, banana and tiny bowl of museli with yoghurt.
Nice but many improvements are to be had to make this place better.

A bit raw

Centrally located, breakfast included, very affordable prices. We used big dorm, excellent hot showers and the best internet connection. They have pool tables, area to watch movies, and they kept luggage for free till departure. Very friendly staff ....
