Stayed in the suite for 2 or so weeks, very comfortable place and can’t complain at all. Never seen a breakfast but the lunch were fine. Was busy on some nights - a bustling place - family type place.

Very decent hotel downtown. Enjoyed the people, the breakfast was o.k.  What I also liked was the opportunity to walk out of the door and visit the little shops, parks in the area. Santa Cruz is a nice town and the pricing is good related to the quality of the hotel.

Fantastic price - quality hotel !

We came dragging in from a week in "el campo" and we were tired, and covered in dust, and in a moment of weakness I decided we'd splurge on this luxury rather than getting a standard backpacker room somewhere else close by. We were dusty and grimy, traipsing through their polished lobby, but they warmly welcomed us anyway, and showed us to a big room with plenty of floor space (I was tired of not having room to walk in the room once we put down our bags, at a recent stay at Hotel Copacabana).  Lively street, full of shoppers and stores and hucksters.  Worth it if you need to baby yourself to recover from something exhausting, but exorbitantly priced for Bolivia.

Classy

Good: big rooms with a lot of light / good beds / breakfast: a big variety of fruits / nice personnel

Bad: the bathroom stinks / the internet hardly works within the rooms, only in the hallway / the breakfast sucks apart the big variety of fruits, the coffee might be good for the kind of North Americans who do not know what real coffee is, no eggs, no natural yogurt (only with chemical flavors and a lot of sugar, the fruit juices are mixed with 50 sugar water

not bad, not good

The place has a lot of potential but really our experience was really bad. To summarize:
1. No towels in the bathroom
2. No toilet paper
3. bad smell in the room - humidity
4. There were no eggs for breakfast. Instead of telling us they run out they told us to wait and then half an hour later we decided to leave. When we told the lady I charge she just laughed. The ten minutes later they brought some fruit to our room. At least this guy apologized saying they are under new management.

Well, they have a lot of work to do here!

Bad Bad Bad

I walked in off the street after canx my reservation at a nearby hotel because they had no wifi.
My two specific requests were good wifi ( ours is excellent sir) and a quiet room.
The wifi was poor at best and there was so much noise during the night I had to sleep with my noise canx headphones on.
Brekkie was not fit for a dog. 100% processed rubbish.
