I came here with my motorbike and could park it inside. They have 10 dorm beds and private rooms. It's not cheap but there is nothing cheap in the center of Tarija. Musea, bar restaurants and mecado central are oly a few blocks away. The matrases are really good and the have a greatbreakfast.

Good quiet place not for party.

Stayed for three nights in a private room and it was great. The bed was really comfortable, probably the best so far in South America. Showers are hot with great pressure and the breakfast is next level. We got a range of fruit, choice of breads & jams and really tasty cereal.

Stay here if your coming to Tarija.

Amazing hostel

Spent 2 days there with my boyfriend. The lady and her children were so friendly. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms were clean and nice common place like the kitchen and central patio. We found the lady there really caring and nice with us. She was always willing to give us tips. We totally recommend.

Great hosts

I spend one night in this hostel, unfortunately being alone (low season ?). However, my host family was really friendly ! They even knew my name. The breakfast is delicious and I could taste the father's birthday cake :-)

Like at home !

On arrival, Sulma welcomed us with the lovely news that she wasn't able to book us in the dorm room we'd reserved but instead was able to offer us a private double room. Not a problem for us what so ever! 

Breakfast was possibly our favourite in South America. Sulma makes the best scrambled eggs every day along with a selection of fresh fruits, breads and jams, teas and coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, muesli and yoghurt. Sulma works so hard, you never see her stop, cleaning, cooking, checking in guests at all hours while also running her family home, always with a smile on her face and humming a song. 

The hostel is more of a guest house, incredibly clean and tidy, very quiet and the great showers always have hot water. The shared kitchen was perfectly equipped for our cooking needs, and has a great sun trap terrace for lounging around. Location is ideal, with Tarija being small you are just streets away from the markets, shops, banks and cafes. Wifi intermittent but it's Bolivia. 

We originally booked 2 nights and ended up with 8, reluctantly leaving as we had enjoyed our peaceful chill out time, not just because of the great breakfast! We loved it here. Thank you for having us so long!
