Stayed for 12 days in Kas Sandy Coast villa in Sabel Palm area. Great location and fantastic new villa with three AC-equipped bedrooms with separate bath rooms and a wonderful pool and outdoor area. Nice location to visit Sorobon, South coast and few minutes drive to Kralendijk. Friendly service by Sunrentals Bonaire.

Stay at Kas Sandy Coast - Bonaire

The house Cas Kempi was so nice, we felt at home immediately. The garden the pool made it even better. Renee  helped out whenever we had questions and it was a really nice family vacation. The location is also great, nearby the Playa

The Oceanfront Apartments are a fantastic option for an affordable stay in Bonaire. My husband and I spent a week in #9 and were very pleased with our time there. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with great view of Klein Bonaire, and the friendly staff was always super-helpful. It was also handy having a dive shop on site so we could easily rinse and decontaminate our gear after our outings. On top of all that, the location was extremely convenient! The Klein Bonaire ferry is within steps of the back gate, Bobbejan's barbecue is next door, and tons of other great restaurants and bars are a 5-minute walk away. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else for our future trips to Bonaire!

Oceanfront Apartments are a fantastic and affordable choice!

Absolutely fantastic accommodations, service, rental truck, and dive shop on premises. The location of the apartments is ideal for exploring the capital and the Boulevard. Yet, it is far enough away from the noise to be relaxing and lovely. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Bonaire. First rate

We’ve rented through SunRentals for many years and have always appreciated the wonderful service and support. Eef, Peter & team have been doing an outstanding job managing the company since taking over in the last couple of years. They’re incredibly friendly, responsive, and make your experience feel VIP. Highly recommend this agency for your Bonaire vacation.

Excellent Service

We did quite a bit of research before choosing our condo. Not all condos are equal. At the Den Laman condo complex, there are true ocean-front (like the Barracuda unit), ocean peek views (rear side corner) and units that just face a rather unattractive parking area. The ocean-front condos (e.g. Barracuda) are exceptional. The patio is a spacious ~12x20 feet with comfy chairs and dining table, looking out over the picturesque ocean literally 15 yards away. We felt the higher price was well worth the patio/view.

Other good points: 
1) Rental agency (Sun Rentals) was always attentive and helpful.
2) Condo unit itself is well appointed with full kitchen (oven/range, full fridge, microwave,  dishwasher, etc.) and spacious living areas. It was perfect for us as a couple.
3) Location was great for both scuba and snorkeling with a dive shop right on-site and easy shore access. It is at Bari reef which is a popular dive site.
4) An on-site restaurant made for a few convenient meals, though it is not open every day.

Other considerations:
1) It is not a luxurious setting. The street-facing side is a bit rustic/rural and there was construction going on during our visit. Though relatively close to downtown, one would need to drive to get there, or anywhere else for that matter. 
2) You will want to rent a car or pick-up. Roads are often narrow, but we managed to drive around the island and there are some highlights such as flamingo viewing. Overall, though, the island is somewhat flat, dry, and does not have an "exotic" feel.
3) A couple of nights, there was louder music later into the evening. Not sure if it was coming from another condo unit or perhaps a local bar. 

Overall, we were very happy with our experience and choice of Den Laman Barracuda unit.

Den Laman Barracuda condo is spacious for a couple, well appointed, and has a terrific ocean-front patio.

Apartment has great location for walkability to restaurants, the bed was comfy, air conditioner was adequate in bedroom. Needs an update, thorough cleaning, better shower drain that doesn't flood bathroom floor. Not worth the money. 

Kralendijk Apartment

We visited this lovely villa in January 2023. Together with our kids and parents + parents in law. The house is very convenient and because of the lay out a very relaxed atmosphere, exactly what you expect on Bonaire. Really we don’t have anything to complain. The beds were comfortable, the swimming pool on the terrace was refreshing and ideal for the kids! 

We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Amazing house with incredible view

We (parents, brother, sister in law and self) stayed at number 13.  It was great.  There was plenty of space for each of us.  Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.  The sitting area outside was used every day by us.  We also walked down the stairs to snorkel every day.  Plus, we walked around the area.  

Great time/experience 

The view in Den Laman Barracuda is AMAZING!! Also, having a great restaurant downstairs and Divefriends Sandollar at the same location was just so wonderful! I will definitely rebook and be back for sure!!
