The location of the hotel was great, with a short walk into the centre of town. The beds were also very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. 

We had a family room with two bedrooms, The second room had no window that could be opened and no air conditioning. As it was April and 20 degrees the hotel decided it was still winter, so we had to request a controller for the air conditioning, as our rooms were very stuffy and unpleasant.

The state of the room we were provided was outdated and nothing like the images used to promote the hotel. The carpet was very old and worn, there was no fridge, the furniture was very dated with broken fixtures.

Unfortunately staying in Bosnia is like staying 30 years in the past, so in no way is this point just related to this hotel. But the entire hotel stank of stale old smoke. The corridors were horrible, the restaurant stank and you could constantly smell the stale smoke all the time.

The pool area was very nice but charging €10 per person per visit is insane. I was forced to take my son as he was desperate to swim, and it was the primary reason we chose this hotel. Had I known the price was that outrageous we would have stayed elsewhere.

I wouldn't stay here again...

This Hotel is located within walking distance of city center. Large rooms  have nice decor and comfortable beds. This is a clean, well maintained property. They have a good breakfast that is included. They have ample parking and an Elevator.

Great hotel

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Rooms were large (have been there three times), with air conditioning, with comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean with a nice shower. In hotel is wi fi, it Works good. In basement there is caffe with friendly staff.  The breakfast was very nice – bread, sliced meat and cheese, cereal, coffee, tea, apples and all the extras like jam, butter, etc. There was enough places for park a car in front of the hotel. 



Nice accomodation, acceptable price and good location

At 55 euro a night it seemed quite pricey but not too bad split between 3 people. It came with breakfast, standard continental breakfast, bread, cheese meat etc.
The rooms were standard, good shower, TV, not the most modern interior however passable for our sole purpose of sleeping. The Motel Moskva cafe downstairs has a very Balkan 1980's interior which added to the experience and was full of very interesting people who made the experience enjoyable. Reasonable prices too for all drinks.
A couple of incidents happened which soured the experience.
a) my travel companion somehow broke a toilet seat which was charged at 25 eur. For a toilet seat.
b) we requested drinks to be added to our room bill. After checking out and sitting down at a popular restaurant to eat, we were approached by the owner of the motels son telling us they hadn't been and we had to return to the motel to pay for their error.
