The food is disgusting and inedible.

The staff is unskilled, unprofessional and rude. We all left out plates full as the food was disgusting while the waiter didn't care much and was not concerned one bit. We had to pay for food we couldn't eat even though we were hungry.

The massage section at the spa is fine though (skilled and affordable massages).

Privacy is problem. There is a cleaning lady in sauna who is present during the all time and also she wants to make contact with you and start conversation .Spa is place for relaxing and privacy   My son was taking shower after the pool and cleaning lady appears in his shower and she was giving him advice how to adjust shower. He didn’t ask for it ??? He was shocked

I love this hotel.  The pool is great.  THey have an indoor pool which is not crowded at all 6 days a week but since the outdoor pool is closed on Sundays, beware.  I still swam on Sunday though.  But there is a problem here where people do not understand the concept of laps and pool etiquette.  Some older ladies were swimming width -wise across the pool LOL! No problem because it is beautiful Europe and so they properly chlorinate the pools not like where I was the past sic months in Mexico.  SO you just need to keep your eyes open.  Great exercise and SO relaxing.  THey have great hairdryers and showers for before and after.  And really nice personnel. The view from the hotel is of beautiful rolling hills.  The former Yugoslav Republics are second only to Turkey in their natural beauty.  All rivers are turquoise.  Amazing! I am really rejuvenating and regenerating after being caught in Latin America for so many months.  I feel so much better.  The water and food are clean and healthy.  I am SO glad to be out of the Third World.  My stomach is recovering .  Everything is recovering i lost weight in just one week of being back in Europe!  It is so nice to be back in a European culture too.  Nothing beats Europe for people , nature and architecture-such pure beauty. I will go back to clean parts of Asia but I won't go back to the dirty Americas.  Tool much crime, fatty food . Yuck! SO glad to be back! This hotel is wonderful; the staff are so nice. It is a real bargain and has cooking facilities.

Great Place to Rest and Swim!

The hotel is fine, but staff on the pool is unreasonable rigid and unfriendly, comparable to airport security.
The pool hygiene is fine, but equipment maintenance is by far unreasonable.
For example, recently is installed an electronic gate (o.a. unnecessary, looks like in public toilets), but, of 6 showers original showers only one is operational.
Also, guard staff is instructed not to permit entering personal items and carry bags exceeding 2 liters (?!). Explanation of the rule is bizarre: "because one guest was problematic, now all of you have to suffer consequences...” (ooohh ?!) Implementation of the rule is rigid and unpleasant. Written rule is printed only in Slovenian language (??!!), interesting message for guests from Slovenia.
Othervice, hotel is fine, and other services are ok.
Hopefully management will improve with the time.

staff and managerial attitude to guests

Very decent Hotel, staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel has everything that you need for a pleasant stay both gym and indoor pool. In the total price of the stay is also included entrance to the outdoor pool of local Therme. In general I am very satisfied with the stay.

Nice Hotel 

I had a short, but very pleasant stay at this hotel. My room was clean, the staff was very polite and the indoor pool - amazing! 🏊 The hotel also provides access to the Thermal Spa that includes an outdoor pool, although I haven't had a chance to visit, since I had a one night stay. Altogether, this hotel fully deserves its four stars.

The "dream" of Laktaši

The hotel has an excellent central location and it is immersed in green. It has a spacious free parking and very nice indoor pool which is opened until 22:00.
It's a little bit uncomfortable that you have to pay in the restaurant/bar directly to the waiter instead all together with a room. The bathroom is very small but clean. They should check if everything is working properly (garbage can in my case).

We stopped at the hotel on our way from the seaside, because we saw their "mini summer vacation"-special online. It is a 2-day stay at a 4* hotel, breakfast and the use of their pools (in- and outdoor) included.
At first glance it looks ok, but there is so much wrong with that place. They still offer smoking and non-smoking rooms, which are all on the same floor of the hotel (non-smoking left of the elevator, smoking right) so you can't escape the stench. Also our non-smoking room had an ashtray, so judging by that and the smell it was also used as by smokers.
The room was ok, the bathroom tiny. My boyfriend is tall (almost 2m), so he could barely sit on the toilet, because there is so little space. Also the ventilation is not working in there; i had a shower in the evening and the shower door was still wet the next afternoon! I think that is the reason there is so much mold on the shower doors and in the corners. Disgusting.
The inside pool was also dissapointing. It smelled of stale water and urine. We used it once and that was more than enough. The outside pools were closed due to bad weather for the 2days of our stay.
The breakfast was funny. At a 4*hotel one would expect a self-serving buffet, but that was just sad. You could order from a menu and have cereal from the "buffet". There you could find tea-bags, no hot water machine, a juice dispencer with stale Cedevita (an instant drink from the region), slices of bread (nothing to spread on it, just bread), cereal, milk, yogurt and coffee. When we sat down at our table, we saw that the tablecloth was dirty, so we assumed they didn't have the time to change it yet. Next day, the same table, the same stain. 
We wanted to book massages for an hour in the afternoon, but although the spa is open till 20h, we could only book 30min at 18:30. We saw the schedule, it was open till 20,nothing booked in the last hour. Nevertheless, the massages were great and sadly that was the only thing that deserved a positive review.
There is also a TV in the room, but the reception gets disturbed the whole time, so the picture is often grainy or pauses completely.
Our room also had a balcony which used to be a home for either wasps or hornets; the remains of their nests are still visible on the walls.
Overall this hotel and the "mini summer vacation" was a complete bust, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not a 4* hotel

We have been booking this hotel every time we are in the area.Price is affordable with good and abundant breakfast.Very nice pool as well in the facility. Banjaluka is just short drive from Laktasi so we chose to stay in Hotel San so we can use Spa as well.

Nice stay

Renovated classy hotel&spa, with outdoor and indoor pool, big restaurant, lounge bar and conference hall. It is also health and recreation center with thermal mineral water. Lobby is very stylish and cozy. There are very large parking lot in front of the hotel.  The rooms are pleasant, large enough, with comfortable bed and nice bathroom, equipped in classical style. I should mention that we stayed in suite.
