Never in my life have I experienced such an amount of unprofessionalism, insults, discrimination, misogyny, lack of culture and disrespect for guests as in that hotel in Medjugorje, and exclusively from the manager Ivan. I recommend him to change his profession.
Although there is a TV in the room pictures, none of the rooms have it. There is also no heating in the bathroom, so showering in it is very uncomfortable.
Nikad u svom životu nisam doživjela toliku količinu neprofesionalizma, vrijeđanja, diskriminacije, nekulture i nepoštivanja gostiju kao u tom hotelu u Međugorju i to isključivo od strane upravitelja Ivana. Preporučam mu da promijeni profesiju.
Iako je na slikama soba TV, nijedna ga soba nema. Nema također i nikakvog grijanja u kupatilu, pa je tuširanje u istom jako neugodno.

I never come there again.Greed, rudeness, primitivism, misogynistic comments don't fit Medjugorje.

We arrived late at night when the owner was having drinks with his peeps in the outside bar. I asked for the room, was shown nice, little and clean hotel-like room and took it. I think it cost 22 Eur for two, breakfast included. 

Martin was a nice owner, gave me a key straight away as soon as I said, we will stay, told me where to park the car, where to have drinks/dinner and breakfast and left with words, we would check-in/out and pay the next morning after breakfast. 

The place has a reception and the breakfast/dinning area on the ground floor. We took the lift to the second floor into the nice, average size room with, simple but modern furnished, with a TV and separate bathroom. It was clean and the TV worked fine, I only have two things to fault: 1) wi-fi only works on the ground floor, in the reception/dinning area, 2) I'm not a fan of shower next to the toilet without the shower curtain as all area gets wet after having a shower. Other then that, all was great, breakfast was yummy and the place is only 20 mins drive to famous Kravice waterfalls.

Recommended little hotel

For the second time I stayed in the hotel Martin in June 2016. The location is excellent, in the center. The rooms are very clean and tidy, equipped with new, modern furniture, a modest-looking and adapted religious tourism. Service on a high level ... very friendly staff. The food is good and the atmosphere is domestic. Heartily recommend this property if you plan to visit Medjugorje.

Heartily recommend

Pension Martin is very comfortable, clean, and in a very convenient, excellent location at just a few minutes walking distance to the church. The owner was there to say hello to us every day, in Spanish! He was very friendly and was making sure we were comfortable. The food was very good and delicious. I really don't understand why Italians are giving such bad reviews. It will always be a matter of opinions and the purpose of your visit. The purpose of my visit was to pray in a Holy Place such as Medjugorie and I was in a comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, and spacious. Mine had a great balcony with a nice view of the mountains. There is two dining rooms and the staff is friendly and courteous. I will surely go back to this one, so I will recommend it. 

Excellent and Nice Little  Hotel

I have been with my family at Pension Martin for 3 nights in October 2012. The facility is basic. The rooms are OK, sufficently clean. However our room (127 if I remember correctly) had a very low noise, such as the horn of a ship, that bothered me during the nights.
The personnell were friendly and available and the meals were good. All in all it was a good deal, although I will ask for a different room next time.
