I checked in booking and knew that it has bed for this time but didn't book . I went directly there from bus station. I asked here and she said you can stay tonight. But when she asked for passport and I said I am Iranian. She opened the yard door and said go out , you can't stay here. She is racist . I will never forget her . 

The owner is racist. When she asked my nationality, didn't let me to stay there 

Staying at Bosnia hostel you feel welcome by host ,who is very kind and hospitable ,the place is clean and not a party hostel but hostel in Bosnian home ,rooms are really nice and facilities are really good,i recommend ,walking distance to major sights and really close to bus station 

Wonderful Bosnian Hospitality 

I came to the hostel by bike, when ringing the bell a second time a wonderful little lady opened. She was busy painting her hair and was holding a towel over her head. From that moment we had a great connection. Tiffa js a lovely madam who is there for all your needs. I got a great room for a small price. I stayed two night and had a comfortable rest. I was also given great tips about where to get the best Cevapi!

The best hostel I have been staying so far. Very cozy, clean and tidy, feels really like home.
The lady in charge is very nice, polite and helpful person, who runs the place with steady but gentle hand, has firm rules and makes sure they have been followed by everyone.

Place that feels like home.

If you ever want to feel a warm environment in Bosnia, i highly recommend your stay in this hostel. The family that own it, are beautiful and made a little great atmosphere, with an extremely cute decoration and not to forget and always important to mention it is spotless clean!!! Mostly mama and son attend the public, you will feel at home! We did a tour quality price very good, and he even took us to the bus station in the evening, not that is was far away, just the fact they were so beautifully friendly. He had a hand made present of mostar prepared for me and my friend.
If you are going to Mostar and are looking for a quality price place to stay, don’t think it twice.

Love in Bosnia

VERY RUDE and OFFENSIVE(unless you book their tour maybe though not sure to be fair). I had never been offended by hostel OWNER, the elderly woman, like that before. She shouted and insisted to me the food I was cooking, just normal tomato risotto, was smelly aggressively although no one said it was and told me not to do it again. I didn't use anything smelly like fish sauce but just ordinary ingredients that I got all from the neighbor supermarket, onion, tomato, garlic, rice and ham. 

In addition she kept annoying me by telling me something that I didn't even understand arrogantly although I was always considerate. Most of other guests had the same opinion and impression to her so I have no clue why this hostel keeps such a good rate. Her English is very limited, which itself is ok. The problem is she gets temper when guests don't understand her because of her English. Anyways she is extremely annoying because what she insists with intense aggression doesn't make any sense.

She misunderstands what hostel is obviously because she said 'this is my house' where people can do things only she likes. Seems no cooking, no sleeping in and no smoking are allowed. You have to be granted her permission to do something even though you are guest otherwise she acts very rude and offensive.

I'd NEVER stay here again. She totally ruined my stay. Hostel can't be more disappointing than this.
Many people write she is friendly but not to anyone but only to people who booked their tour or the ones she likes for some reasons. 
Simply, there must be something wrong with her.

こんなひどいホステルスタッフ見たことないです。私がキッチンでトマトリゾットを料理していたら、それが臭くて、匂いがホステル中に充満してると言われました。もちろんただのトマトソースの匂いしかしないので、そんなことはありえないですし、他のゲストにも問題ないことを確認しました。
他にも、私が椅子に座っていたら、やたら他の場所に移動しろというし、嫌がらせをしているとしか思えませんでした。理由も意味不明ですが、言い方も最悪です。
私は他のゲストに迷惑をかけないようにいつも心がけていますが、彼女は私に対してあれをするなこれをするなと、やたら攻撃的でした。
ホステルのツアーを予約した人たちには非常に優しいようでした。
これまで50箇所以上止まったホステルの中で、間違いなく最悪のスタッフです。

PSYCHOPATHIC OWNER

Host was nice at first when we walked in, we had a late bus the next day and asked if we could keep our bags and she said no problem. We then decided to book the place. However, we were told to leave the next day because they are full and could not keep our bags. This is the first time in the Balkans where i encountered such rude and fake hospitality. It is such a pity as the location is great. 

Fake hospitality, seemingly nice but do not honour promises

Excellent hostel.
The owners are wonderful. They treat us like we were part of their family. Tifa is so sweet. She looks like a mother taking care of everybody. She prepares the breakfast, stay with us and sometimes in the afternoon she invites the guests to take a coffee and chat. 
They also offer a very good tour in the nearby cities. It's very good and there are beautiful places to see. It's also good to learn the history. 
The hostel is perfect, quiet, comfortable and everything is clean.
The best thing I did was stay there. I just booked 2 days. I wish I could stay longer. But next time I already know where to stay​ and I definitely recommend it to everyone.


Perfekt!

This is a family-run hostel. Good location, although it might be a bit difficult to find at once, as if it is hidden in some narrow streets. The breakfast is good! We experiences a few misunderstandings related to a Hercegovina-tour the hostel offered us, possibly due to language-difficulties. Shared shower and toilet. 

Warm and welcoming, polite, clean and service-minded! 

I was on a trip with my friends, we had a nice experience there at first. The hostess was nice, told us to help ourselves to tea/coffee, showed us some places to visit. The next day in the morning we found out we couldn't use the common area, because it was "reserved" (someone bought breakfast and we were not to disturb, just do whatever we needed in the rooms and go out). We were told we could leave our luggage until later, that was the agreement. In the afternoon it was over 40 degrees Celsius and we thought that maybe we could stay for a little while to get over the heat in the common area for half an hour before the departure, but we found out that "the other guests may come any minute and we're not welcome anymore". We checked on booking, there were plenty free places for the night, so she probably wanted to get rid of us, even though there was enough space, even having problem with one of us using the toilet. First you get a warm welcome, but if you outstay your reservation even a little, you'll get a great deal of hostility.
